Flew in today to pick up some people - nice to deal with, but expensive. Ramp fee of $35 unless you buy 10 gallons at $6.06 per gallon.

I would not recommend this FBO to any aircraft going into the area. Their fuel prices are high and customer service did not seem to be a priority. We were told that transportation could be taken care of upon arrival but it took 30 minutes to get a cab on the general aviation side of the airport. It was not a positive experience.

Sunday pleasure flight into CVG. ATC was very helpful and friendly into and out of class "B". Pulled up in my C172S and out rolled the red carpet! Very friendly line staff. Passenger friends had their rental car waiting and the line crew even went outside and started it up to get the AC going (90+ temp that day). I stayed and enjoyed the FBO until they returned. $25.00 facility fee charged, as I did not need fuel. No big deal considering it was nicely cool inside. Nice pilot lounge that has a separate bathroom/shower and a pilot sleep room. Vending area with sandwiches, canned fruit, chips, pop, etc. I asked about putting my plane into the hangar while I was waiting. Line crew said it was a $50.00 charge. A bit steep for the few hours I would be there so I passed on that. All told, a very positive experience and worth coming back.

I try to avoid the big airports when I can, if nothing else to avoid screwing up the flow of arrivals. When I do visit the BIG airports, I expect to pay a little more, and since I needed a rental car at 11pm, well, here I went to KCVG. Delta Air Elite was a great FBO, $40 facility charge for a single, reduced to $20 when I bought 10 gallons of avgas (with the high AVGAS price worked out about the same, but I didn't have to stop on the way home for fuel), they even took the initiative to place my bird in the hangar to "de-frost" on the cold morning of my departure--WITHOUT BEING ASKED-- and did not charge (or even try to charge) me for the favor. Line guys were also helpful with luggage. I paid extra (well my client did) for big airport service and I got it, so a good value in my book.... OVERALL GRADE: A

Flew into CVG in King Air B100. Ramp fee was waived with 80 gallons fuel purchase and GPU fee was also waived with the 80 gallons purchase. People were very pleasant and professional. Nice crew rest area. Fuel was about what you would expect at a monopoly FBO. No crew car, but they took us to our choice of dining. All in all, a good experience.

Facility fee of $25/day for a Cessna 210. No credit offset for fuel purchased.

Nice FBO!! We flew in with no problems from ATC. Line people handled our Seminole as if it were a Gulfstream (got the red carpet treatment). Caution to the wind though, there is a $39 "handling fee".

Very professional but pricey for small GA Guys. 100LL currently at $4.60/gallon. $30 daily facility charge for a Baron to stop and use their ramp, $55.00 if overnight. Not waived for fuel purchase. Their rate for the Hampton Inn-Airport South was $17.00/night more than the AAA rate.

Very professional and nice people. Flew a Bonanza in and still received the red carpet treatment. Don't hesitate to fly into CVG, we had an easy in and easy out.

Starting to use CVG more than Lunken. We are finding arrivals and departures from and to the west to be a pain in our Citation. ATC takes you way our east and keeps you very low for a long long time. Usually a Cessna 172 practicing long ILS approches at Lunken. All pros at CVG. Much easier most of the time. Delta Elite FBO has treated us well. Decent fuel price. Comfortable and clean facility. No crew cars but they will take you someplace. High speed internet.

Nice facility, reasonable gas prices considering they are the only FBO. Mediocre customer service. Called day before to reserve rental car. No car there on arrival despite having a confirmation number. Asked for inboard tanks topped; they topped inboard and outboard. CSR just shrugged her shoulders when told of the problem. Glad I had no passenger weight.

Flew in and was not disappointed. Excellent service from both ATC and the FBO. Very GA Friendly! Came in a light single and got the Corporate Jet treatment.
