We stopped at Hollister during a quick morning flight and stopped at the cafe for breakfast. The service was very prompt and friendly. I was surprised to learn that the cafe opens at 7am (for the early birds). The food was good; I'd go back again if I were in the area.

Still a great place to stop, Ding a Ling is under new ownership and judging by the number of people they get it.

Stopped here for lunch, and would highly recommend the Cheeseburger with Onion Rings - Excellent prices and service! You can eat outside, and watch the take-offs...

Dropped in today for a burger. Ditto on the previous comments about very good service. Breakfast menu is comprehensive, and offered all hours they are open -- something my wife especially appreciates! Nothing too fancy about the place, but it's clean, friendly, and a classic stop.
