I arrived late, a few minutes before closing - was promptly met and parked, immediately refueled, and ground transportation arranged by Joseph with a smile. I can't say enough good words about how nicely we were treated.

Had an overnight stay in Houston recently and decided to try Galaxy and CXO versus DWH. Must say I was very happy. Ramp was pretty crowded when we arrived but linemen very efficient in getting us in. Next day came back and looking for my plane and found that they had hangared it overnight. Very nice. Will definitely use Galaxy again when coming to north Houston area.

GALAXY is the only FBO I will use. Great prices, great service, great atmosphere. David and his staff will take care of you, they cut me a great deal on a new set of Bose A20s.

Our survey crew recently based out of Galaxy for almost a month. Cant say enough how fantastic everyone there was! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Any maintenance we needed was taken care of professionally and they made sure our plane was ready quickly. Tending to the plane was exceptional, parking, hangaring, fueling...Prices are very reasonable. We will be back!

I needed fuel but it was just a rainy cold day in Conroe. Steve was prompt and fueled up my aircraft with a smile and no complaints at all despite the miserable weather. David and his staff are fantastic. I highly recommend them.

I was on a month cross country tour for work flying around Florida when my right alt went out. I had to be back in Houston before heading to Seattle and needed to fix my right alt. Galaxy applied a perfect fix my right alt, changed the breaks pads, and provided with me with an oil change. No fuss, no hassle and done right the first time. I keep finding this the best place in Texas to go.

First time into CXO and have to agree with many of the comments, one of the best FBO's around. Great professional staff, the car was ready, the plane was pulled upfront on return, and their prices were reasonable. Highly recommend...

I travel a lot to Texas and called Galaxy late one evening and asked if they could rent me a hangar for a 1/4 month while I was in town. Not only did they charge me for a fraction of the month for the hangar, they stayed open late for me, de-bugged my plane, and provided great line service. This place is my new home when I am in the Houston area. I HIGHLY recommend stopping by here or staying while in Houston. Out of all the places I have flown Galaxy was the nicest, most professional group I have ever encountered. Additionally, the tower and ground at the airport was very helpful and nice.

I am a professional pilot and am on the road 20 to 22 days out of the month all over the USA and International. I deal with multiple FBO's on a daily basis and I have to say that Galaxy at KCXO is by far the best with customer service. I'm very, very impressed. If you get a chance, stop in and say hello. You won't be disappointed.

Went into CXO to drop of plane at avionics shop. While tying down aircraft, David from Galaxy came over to offer assistance and see if I needed anything. He was most courteous and helpful. Refreshing to see this attitude and service at CXO again. I highly recommend Galaxy.

Early July we stopped at Executive returning to Florida from a long family trip out west and stayed 2 days because of weather. I can't overstate how wonderful the entire staff at Galaxy treated my family. There aren't enough superlatives to describe what a great FBO this is..... Patronize them whenever possible; they represent the best of G.A.--- honest, caring, helpful professional service. The generous staff at Galaxy made our stay memorable. Traveling from Florida to California landed CXO due to alternator problem. Interrupted AP "Wes" with problem. He trouble shot/fixed alternator with professional demeanor and good sense of humor. Was not the way you want to start a trip but very pleased with service. Good stop, highest recommendation.
