  My plane blew a tire on landing at Conroe yesterday. The line crew immediately came out and towed me in, and the desk folks could not have been nicer or more accommodating during the long day that ensued. What makes this particularly remarkable is that I was flying a little Jabiru light sport. People familiar with Galaxy know that the majority of the planes there are private jets. My light sport literally looked like a toy parked alongside $100 million or more in jets in the hangar. And yet, the Galaxy folks treated me as if I had just stepped out of a Gulfstream 650. Huge thanks, and highly-recommended!

  Flew in for a 3 night stay and received superb customer service, reasonable fuel prices, hangar was only $40/night for our Mooney. Line workers were great...Didn't even have to ask for anything - he saw us doing a lengthy pre-flight on departure and came over to ask if we needed something. Told him the mains looked low and he brought over the nitrogen bottle and had us going in 10 min. FBO experiences don't get much better than Galaxy.

  It's hard to improve on the many great comments already offered, but I can't say enough about this place. Our Grumman group met there for lunch and put 11 planes and 23 people on the ramp in a short period of time. We were all treated superbly and the line crew and staff handled the crush like it was nothing. Outstanding food and service in the Black Walnut Cafe as well. We'll be returning for certain.

  We recently had a birthday at the VIP suite in Galaxy for my four-year-old boy who loves airplanes. Jeremy and the staff at Galaxy were incredible. It was Superbowl weekend, so I knew they would be busy, but Jeremy made it seem as if we were his sole focus. They made sure everything was taken care of and even gave a tour of the hangar and jets to the kiddos. Every single one of my son's friends loved the experience and was talking about for days after. I cannot express how truly appreciative we are. Thank you Jeremy!

  Great facility... But better are the great people. Easy to write about this professional service team: Phoned there for hangar reservation (very cold weather) - and rent car reservations. All services provided promptly, professionally and with excellent communication. They promptly acknowledged all E-mails and made sure nothing was missing. I'll always go here.

  WOW... Just left Galaxy at Lone Star after a COPA event... What a great crew. They were on top of everything. The line crew was perfect, the inside crew was also on top of things, and so friendly, and eager to help anywhere they could. I will be back here!!! Great Job all!

  Second visit. Super service and great restaurant. Only wish the restaurant would open for dinner on Friday and Saturday (closes at 3 PM).

  Great service at Galaxy. Even though there are lots of business jets and corporate travelers, I was made to feel at home arriving in a Piper. I didn't need many services, but N11QT was tucked into a hangar and fueled before my departure as requested.

  Fantastic FBO! All the staff were super friendly and helpful. I actually arrived at a different FBO at Conroe. That FBO was closed and would not do a callout and told me to just go to Galaxy, very glad I did! One of the spouse's of the employees even drove me to my hotel instead of having to get a cab! Can't say enough good things about this FBO! Great job guys!

  Excellent service by fuelers and CSR. Very nice facility, and the Black Walnut restaurant on the 3rd floor is excellent and has a great view of the runways. It's popular with off-airport folks, so expect a lunchtime line. We had a minor nose gear problem and Alesio took quick care of it. He would not accept any money. Galaxy is great and we will be back!

  Used the FBO last week and I have to say we were very happy w/ the facilities and staff. Great location close to Woodlands. Really like the covered ramp and hangar facilities. Easy in/out.

  WOW!!! 1977 Piper Turbo Arrow. I've been to a number of "fancy" FBOs before but these guys take the cake. Pulled up to the FBO UNDER a large overhang (like in front of hotels and motels), which got us out of the sun. Out came the red carpet and the baggage cart. They helped us unload and take our stuff to our friend's car. Inside was cool and beautiful. A hangar for $30/night and a full load of fuel at a reasonable price topped it off. Definitely will use again and recommend to all. It doesn't get any better.

  Came in on a Saturday for the day. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and provided a crew car for us. I really don't think it's fair to rate an FBO on the restaurant that happens to be there, but if I did then I'd give this one even higher marks. Although it doesn't really reflect on the FBO, the tower controller working during our visit was very helpful and friendly. Very nice airport and a recommended FBO.

  Whether I'm flying my personal aircraft, a Piper Warrior, or a business jet (Citation's), I always get prompt and courteous service from Galaxy. I look forward to each time I fly out of here. The restaurant upstairs, Black Walnut Cafe, is very good, making this a perfect fly-in destination.

  Great experience here. This is a top class facility that can cater for the well heeled easily but still offered a first class service to our utility/survey helicopter outfit. Great restaurant on 3rd floor terrace overlooking the ramp open for breakfast through lunch. Competitive fuel and nice hangar rate for us. Staff is first rate. Hannah and Keegan CSR's, and Ryan, Jorge and David assisting us on the ramp. Fellow Brit Jeremy, the Ops VP, also most helpful and obliging. (As a long time private jet pilot, he is finally seeing the light and is stepping over to the Dark Side and getting his rotary wing ticket so he will finally become a real pilot :) Thanks guys and girls - outstanding experience.

  Flew in for a Pilots N Paws rescue flight on August 27. Keegan and the other staff at Galaxy couldn't have been nicer. Parked me in the shade right next to a biz jet so I could wait for the pup to arrive. Very friendly and they aim to please, even to a non-rev RV6A. Thanks! Y'all helped make my day special.
