I have been based at KCXO for over five years since my move from PA. I have used General Aviation for lack of knowledge of who else to use and trusting what they told me. I have since found out that there are better FBO's to use especially when it comes to repair prices and service. Pilots Beware, get your repair price in writing prior to repairs or you may get the surprise of your life when you get the bill, this also pertains to storage of your aircraft. This is my opinion simply from my own experience with General Aviation. I would strongly suggest you use Galaxy Aviation or Armando Montoya to do your annuals and repairs. You judge for yourself after asking around by talking to other pilots at the field and form your own opinion as to who to use. What I've just said is strictly my personal opinion based on how I have been treated by G.A.

I have frequented General for many years and always received friendly first class service and the best fuel prices at Conroe. The front porch benches and chairs are a bonus.

I was treated very well by that beautiful blond lady at the front desk. She even gave me some cookies to take home! I recommend this place, good fuel price and excellent staff

Friendly, quick and 25-cent cookies at the counter! Clean spacious lobby. Reasonable fuel prices and quickly turned. Central location with very short taxi from 19. Picked up a friend there without any hassle. Chairs on the porch to plane watch, too.

Flew in on a Saturday morning to pick up two passengers. Line guy was waiting for us and later gave our passengers a ride from the parking lot to the FBO in the golf cart. The FBO appears to be recently remodeled with big lounge chairs inside and comfy rocking chairs on the porch.
