Had a trip into DAL yesterday, which happened to be same day as NBAA Regional Forum. Even though ramp was busy, we weren't rushed to finish postflight so they could move plane. Our passengers notified us of an earlier than planned departure (short notice of course), so we needed the plane pulled up to line immediately, etc. Several folks immediately sprang into action, helping with the coffee, ice, getting the catering to the plane, etc. Just a superb effort! Only one reason why we always use BJC at DAL. Great work folks! THANKS!!! N201BR

Although I base at ADS, I had a recent divert to DAL for runway closure. Late at night, weary and cranky, Business Jet's exceptional people helped out in a most professional way. I know it ain't cheap to do business at DAL, but at least, with Business Jet, you are treated with courtesy and respect.

After posting some disappointing comments after my Angel Flight on 7-27-08, I received a personal written note today from Director, Bill Moltenbrey of Business Jet Center (BJC) apologizing for the ramp fee and even reversing the charge on my credit card. Ramp fees only recently began for "no fuel purchase" operations and he stated it was never their intention to charge Angel Flight pilots such fees. Kudos to BJC for employing quality individuals like Bill, and especially to Bill for taking the time to personally correct the situation. It's exciting to see that your first class facilities have some first class people.

Excellent facilities; great line / counter personnel. I thought it was bad form to require a ramp fee for a quick turn passenger drop-off for Angel Flight. Pleaded my case to no avail. Pilots pay for everything on Angel Flight missions; too bad I couldn't find a little compassion assistance from Business Jet Center.

We use Business Jet Center on a frequent basis and switched to them because of their outstanding customer service. They never hesitate to go the extra mile and are always pleasant to deal with, even with last minute changes or bookings. A big thank you to all the staff!
