GREAT STOP! Four days in our King Air, Stephanie and the gang was top notch. First class FBO. Very generous fuel discount using the AirBoss discount program. Will definitely be back next time in Dallas.

Great Place. We come here every week and get nothing less than first class treatment. Jet Fuel is the cheapest on the field. Facility is top notch and all the folks do a great job.

Flew my Mooney M20C to DAL for an overnight trip and selected Vitesse solely based on the positive comments I read here. Stefanie was very kind, the facility was A+ and they treated me and my Mooney with as much care as the Hawker sitting next to me. I will definitely be back!

Arrived at Vitesse at 1930 local this Saturday (11/3) and found the place deserted and dark. After waiting a few minutes with the engine running and no answer on the 130.80 frequency, we taxied to a different FBO.

Outstanding service! Were there for a few hours and they let us borrow their crew car no problem. Went and hung out at the lake at the approach end of 13L/R and got some nice videos of 737's over my head! Great service and amenities!

We arrived in our Aztec on a Friday afternoon. The line service and desk service was great. Rental car was ready as promised. Our planned departure was the next afternoon. Storms were in the way. The entire staff went out of their way to occupy the kids, provide snacks, etc. Plus great gas prices. We had no trouble requesting the west runway from Regional Approach. We will definitely be back.

Best fuel price. Notify approach of intended FBO or request 13R/31L as other FBOs opposite side of field. Used online registration via website linked from AirNav, quick easy. Made for super efficient handling, touchdown to taxicab in 12 minutes! As expected, nice, clean friendly, facility with computer and printer for flt plan.

We flew in this week in our Cessna Caravan on a double Angel Flight Mission. The line service and reception desk was fantastic, with nice facilities for the passengers and pilots. With their good fuel prices and service, this will be my place to be at Love Field. Thanks again Vitesse!

Flew in for training at the Southwest Airlines Training Center down the street. We were promptly given a ride to the SWA offices. Planned to stay one night, but weather (TSRA+) forced us to stay an additional night. When we showed up for our departure, we found our Mooney in the hangar, which we had not requested. They promptly and carefully pulled it out for our departure. There was NO charge for the hangar or the 2 nights of parking. The facilities are first class and the people are very friendly, helpful, and professional. I just regret that our downline anticipated passenger load wouldn't allow us to purchase any fuel from them, as they certainly deserved our money for taking such good care of us. Vitesse is very highly recommended if you're going to Love Field.

Important suggestion: this FBO is next is on the other side of 13R 31L; most general aviation lands on 13L; I waited almost 20 minute to cross 13R to get to the FBO because that is the main runway for the big boys. If you can try landing on 13R excellent facility; no hassles; taxi waiting for me. Didn't need any fuel but got 10 gallons because they don't charge a parking fee. Thanks

I stopped in here a few months back and forgot to write a comment. I was in for a weekend in a 310 and they let me know up front they have no fees of any kind. No ramp fees, no tie down fees, nothing. They were very nice people and for Love Field the 100LL price was a good deal. I ended up buying a few gallons from them anyways before I left just to thank them for the free stop. I would have spent a lot more at another FBO or even at some of the other fields around the downtown area. Thanks!

AAA+++ The service at Vitesse was excellent. The linemen were helpful with the plane and luggage. The desk staff was competent and courteous. The prices seemed high, but when I realized there were none of the fees that one sometimes sees at airports of this size, the price worked out well. Highly recommended.

Nice FBO, friendly and helpful staff. I usually stop at another FBO but at Vitesse (the old TXI), 100LL was $1.19 per gallon cheaper than my normal stop. Glad I chose Vitesse they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. By the way all they charged me for was the fuel @$5.10 and no other hidden fees. I'll be back!

Came in here on a lazy Saturday morning and was met by two professional linemen. Our airplane was handled great and topped off when we came back many hours later. They did have the cheapest avgas on the field, though it's hard to call it a bargain these days. Nonetheless, it was nice to get treated well and not be ramp charged in the process. We'll be back.

TXI offered great service and reasonable prices compared to the rest of the field, no ramp fees and JetA was cheaper than advertised. The only negative was with a 100 degree temps outside; their vending machine was empty. Otherwise great service and I will visit again.

Why in the world an FBO that sells me $2000 in jet fuel cannot afford a $50 wireless Internet router escapes me. The manager apologized but told me there are no plans to install any WIFI in the future. Many corporate pilots need to get work done on layovers and almost any decent FBO has WIFI access. Please TXI, join the rest of the world and make our layovers more productive.

Frank Faulkner and Gloria Sanchez did a great job for us while we were there. They gave me fair fuel prices, no ramp fee, and great service. They even put my RV-4 in the hanger for a couple of hours. I will use them every time I go into Dallas Love!

Phenomenal service! No landing fee, no tiedown fee, no handling fee. Rental car didn't get my car there before they closed... Marla (TXI Customer Service rep) got me another car at the same rate in minutes. I was treated like a king despite the fact I flew a Mooney. This was also the first FBO I have EVER visited where they knew how to correctly fill a Mooney's tanks to full. One heads up...they are located at the departure end of runway 18 on the West side of field...all other FBO's are on East side of field. Tell approach/tower you are going to TXI so they land you on the West runway and you can avoid a 10 minute taxi... There is no reason to go anywhere else in Dallas!

Great people, great place to stay when in Dallas. I would highly recommend. Flew in with my Cirrus and was treated like a jet. I also had them do an oil change.
