Thanks to Eric and Cindy at Flightline during my unplanned stop yesterday. I was flying from the Atlanta area back to the panhandle of FL and stopped in, T-41B/N146AC, to check the weather. Eric assisted me with some fuel and aircraft tiedown. Cindy offered the crew car and to assist with hotel reservations if needed. In all, I was there a few hours and really enjoyed the great Southern hospitality!

Stopped on my way from FL to CA. Jennifer and the line guys were all incredibly nice and helpful. Set me up with a courtesy car and directions to a local BBQ place for lunch (really good BBQ). Filled my oxygen bottle while I was at lunch! The pilot lounge and other facilites are really nice and comfy. Great experience overall would definitely make this a planned stop in future!

This FBO has low ethics. After arriving from Sun & Fun they quoted us a fuel price of $6.10 per gallon. Then after I said that was to high, they then quoted me $6.35 per gallon. I then went to the AirNav site and saw they had a fuel price of $5.45 they then lowered it to that price. But after putting in only 50 gallons they said they ran out. After we paid and started to leave we see that they are fueling another plane. I hope they got the $5.45 price

Excellent Customer Service and they do respond VERY quickly to emails (within minutes)! Although I never got the pleasure of meeting Rhianna (and thanking her in person), she went WAY ABOVE to get the crew the hotel rooms we were wanting. We had a unique problem and Ann and company fixed us right up. Jennifer was also super nice and the linemen did an excellent job with all of our requests! Kudos to everyone at Flightline!

The posted fuel price in FBO was over 50 cents higher than AirNav guaranteed price. They honored the AirNav price when I questioned it. They offered the crew car though I did not need it. Good service.

A great place! I came to DHN and Flightline on a long cross-country. They greeted my airplane promptly and were more than happy to let me use their crew car. They also gave me a University discount on fuel! The facility is nice and I used their briefing room and lounge to sit and relax. I highly recommend Flightline if you are in DHN!

Made a fuel stop on my trip to Florida and my return trip back home. Both times the staff was very friendly and professional.

Above and beyond the call of duty! That's the only way I can describe the service we received on Friday April 9, 2010. I am with Arkansas Pilots for Christ Inc and one of our pilots stopped for fuel while on his way to St. Petersburg Florida to pick up a "nursing home" passenger with very limited mobility. When the Flight Line crew learned of the nature of the flight, they volunteered to have the local fire department come to the airport on the return trip. The firemen were on standby with the aircraft while it was being refueled so our passenger could stay in the plane. It made for a very quick "turn around" and saved our passenger much unnecessary trauma of the loading process. On top of that they gave us a discount on fuel because of the "non-profit" work that we do. Thanks guys! That goes way beyond just good service in my book! ANY time we are in your area we WILL stop again!

Have stopped at FLIGHTLINE, twice now on animal rescue flights. The staff has always been very cooperative and professional. They always open the gate to the ramp so that we can load the endangered dogs on board. Thank you Flightline for your compassion in regards to animals in desperate need. I would highly recommend.

Note of thanks to the staff at Flightline of Dothan. Arrived at 1245AM Saturday night/Sunday morning in our Turbo Arrow. Transporting friends whose family member had a medical emergency and they needed to get to Dothan "right now". A family member called the after hours number when they arrived at the FBO and found it closed. One of the staff came in, opened up the facility, and was there to greet us when we taxied up. Marshaled up to the front door and all. Offered to provide car but I (pilot) was taken care of by my friends family members. Didn't charge us anything for the after-hours meet. Purchased fuel the next morning before heading back to Houston. Thanks for the service guys, and not treating this Cherokee owner as a second-class citizen (which can happen if your not a corporate jet at some places). Recommend others to give Flightline a try.

I fly into many airports across North America and have never received better treatment than during my visit to Flightline last Friday. Ann Fuller and her staff greeted my with a smile, provided a wonderful lunch and great conversation while I waited for passengers. I highly recommend Flightline when in the Dothan Alabama area.

This is a very friendly and professional FBO. Staff met me at the plane, hooked me up with a courtesy car for a good amount of time, and bent over backwards to make my stop pleasant. Well worth visiting!

These folks are great. I called Reanna about a late night arrival. She left the courtesy car for me, and Zach made sure we were taken care of and set up a room for us at the Sleep Inn, a great place with a nice discount. It was bitter cold in the morning but Curtis had already fueled the airplane and gave us the self-serve discount. After a tough day slogging our 182 through weather out of the Bahamas and Florida, our reception in Dothan at Flightline was a great end to the day!

On my trip from Western Oklahoma to Southeastern Florida, Dothan was on my route for a fuel stop. As I made it to Flightline the weather had come with me and I wouldn't be able to leave till morning. The staff made me feel very comfortable with a snooze room and a ride to town to catch a bite to eat. I would recommend this FBO to anyone that is going to be in the area!

Jennifer and the staff were very courteous and helpful. My rental car was ready when I arrived at the airport, and my plane was fueled and ready for me when I was ready to depart. I can't stress how friendly and great my experience was! I'll be back!

Can't say enough good things about Flightline. One call had arrangements for 2 hotel rooms and a rental car. Rental car was waiting even though we were several hours early. Rented me a crew car for $35 for the 36 hours I was there. Even pumped the fuel out of the truck for the self-serve price to save me the engine starts. I'll definitely be using Flightline when I'm in Dothan.
