Last time I was at Signature in Des Moines. 4 days in a hangar, free. Arranged rental car. Put my bags in said car. Had my plane ready and outside when I called to leave. All this for a purchase of less than 50 gallons. What more can you ask for.

We've been in here twice now (in a 340 with passengers) and both times there was no line staff to marshall us in, leaving us idling in the way of airlines on the outer ramp. When they finally showed up, they looked confused, and then parked us perilously tight between two fuel trucks. When fueling the plane, one line guy laid the fuel nozzle on the ground. I asked him not to do that because it might pick up dirt and get it in the fuel tank, and he argued with me. All this to give them a $70 handling charge. Not very professional for being the "big guys".

The folks at Signature did a great job. When the temps dropped over night (20 deg F), they went out of their way to pull the plane into a hangar and warm it up before my departure. No extra cost. Nice work!

Arrived last Saturday in my Arrow enroute to Oshkosh when I had to divert due to weather. Linda was quick to get me a hotel. Next morning I had a mechanical issue and a mechanic fixed the problem at no charge. I don't mind higher fuel prices when the service is this good. Thanks guys!
