Not only is this one of the most comfortable FBO's I've been to (private sleep rooms with TV's!) their level of customer service is something other's could take notes from. Jennifer was extremely helpful and even gave us a discount on fuel. The overall experience was great, and we will be back. Thanks!

Arrived with service on short final. CSR was listening for my call and advised me that a crew car was waiting, my hotel was reserved and maps to the hotel and an excellent restaurant were at the counter. The next morning the plane was in front, fueled and ready to go. Great service. Thank you so very much.

Nice FBO Cookies, coffee, nice flight planning area and some old geezer hanging around that was very helpful in explaining how to depart with the Eglin ATC. Nice toilet with free toothbrushes and Q-tips. All I can say is don't break down there. The price of 4 brake pads one 75-cent o-ring and 10.5 hours labor to do a simple brake job on an RV over 1,200.00 dollars!!

Out of all of the numerous FBO's that I visit, Destin Jet is my favorite! The facilities are extremely nice and the service is outstanding! Specifically, I would like to recognize Jen, the CSR for her friendly and efficient service! Keep up the good work!!!!

My third time to Destin Jet in about a year and service was excellent every time. Jennifer, Nick and the rest of the staff do a great job from helping with car and hotel reservations to arrival help with bags and passengers. I fly a Piper Lance and can't imagine that a gulfstream gets any better service.

Destin Jet is the best, most modern FBO I have traveled to. The service we receive is as good as it gets. As soon as we get out of the plane, someone is there seeing what they can do to help us. Jennifer & Nick treat us like family and take great care of us meeting any need we have. I cannot say enough good things about them. Destin Jet sets the bar for what a FBO should be.

I have stopped here several times all of the staff are top notch. They are well trained in customer service. We recently used their conference room for an event they took very good care of us. Don't let the name fool you they cater to all aircraft types I fly a 172. They have never made me feel small.

Very friendly and professional service. They gave me a ride to my hotel and picked me up 3 days later. They also serviced my small O2 bottle at a reasonable price and had it ready to go at departure. Could not have asked for more flying a C182. Made me feel like one of the big boys.

I was incredibly impressed with the high level of service despite us only coming in a Mooney during what I believe is a busy time, spring break. I did not have a preference of FBOs but their staff was incredibly courteous from the first phone call to us heading back home to Dallas. I wanted to highlight Butch's (I hope I didn't mess up his name) words of wisdom and helpfulness when we first got there. A+ service, next year if we do another trip in Destin I'll be sure to go by Destin Jet.

We had a great experience at Destin Jet! All services were performed before I arrived for departure. Jennifer at the desk was excellent and even put the TV on cartoons for my daughter while I preflighted. Will definitely be back.

GREAT-GREAT-GREAT! I travel to over 100 FBOs each year in my travels as a gospel/jazz recording artist and motivational speaker for the National Basketball Association (NBA). In all my years of general aviation (15+), Destin Jet rates #1 FBO I have ever used (we have nicked named them " DJ”). My fleet widely ranges from Pilatus PC-12, to Cessna 421C Golden Eagle and 337 Skymaster.... And no matter WHAT plane I'm in, DJ always treats us the same...Like kings. I appreciate the special attention to detail from the front office staff to the line. We fly in often for meetings / vacation at our place at Emerald Grande and our rental car is always ready to pull up to the plane. I have friends that fly here as well. I like the fact that DJ treats everyone great..... The famous people and also the blue collars. Very nice management team! Proud to be a customer.

Stayed at Destin Jet for a couple of nights about a week ago. Went there because of positive comments on this website. I wasn't disappointed. The personnel were outstanding and the facility is impeccable. The rental car was driven right beside the plane, which they waved for parking right at the front door. Three line guys helped to load the baggage into the car and take the fuel order and helped to put the cover on my cockpit. Counter girl (Jennifer) had the rental agreement ready and waiting and helped me with choices of restaurants (with discount coupons) and points of interest. Seafood in Destin is some of the best available anywhere. Parking for my twin was free for one night with fuel purchase and $12 the second night. Can't wait to go back. Wish my stomach would allow me to eat more.

Used KDTS as a file stop enroute from the Florida Keys to Chicago in a Citation Excel and the service was great. We called in prior to landing to let them know we would be a quick turn, line personnel were waiting to marshal us to parking and fuel us immediately. CSR was very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely be using Destin Jet for our future Florida panhandle needs.

Outstanding FBO. Flew in on a Cirrus late on a Saturday night and was promptly greeted with a car and two line guys. When we stepped inside the CSR was friendly and very accommodating. On Sunday we called ahead only 20 minutes out and our Cirrus was fueled by the time we got there. I can see why Destin Jet is #10. Great service.

Flew into KDTS on Wednesday April 11 in our A-36. Was met at the plane by 3 linemen and the van driver, Jack. They had our luggage loaded and were dropped off at our Condo within 15 minutes of landing. After a wonderful 6 days in Destin, there was a huge line of thunderstorms on our route home. Jack came to get us and we loaded up our luggage then went to eat breakfast. Plane was fueled up and parked out front. My girlfriend is a nervous flyer, and Jack who is a corporate pilot himself, made Kelly very at ease that our flight home would be safe via the route we picked out. After a little deviating, we arrived safely at home with zero troubles. Will definitely use Destin Jet in the future. I/we are in KDTS multiple times a year and this was my first time to use Destin Jet. It is now my FBO of CHOICE when visiting Destin. Thanks.

Excellent service. We had a number of last minute passenger requests. Jennifer and Andrea went out of their way to get rental cars lined up and even drove over to another airport on their own time to retrieve a car to make it all happen for our passengers. Awesome FBO! Thanks for all your help!

There is good news and there is bad news. As reflected in every other comment on this website, the Destin Jet people are exceptional, the service stellar. The problem is that there is a helicopter training company that operates MI-8 Russian built helicopters out of their ramp. This is a large twin turbine machine with a max gross weight over 20,000 lbs. While I was preparing to depart on a Monday morning, there were 3 passes by these helicopters down the ramp area in front of Destin Jet and my airplane. Even in non-airborne taxi mode, these helicopters raise a lot of sand and debris and it blows over everything. I spoke with Destin Jet's manager about the situation before I departed. He agreed that it is an issue, but that "they are a significant customer." If I had known about the helicopter operations on their ramp, I would never have visited here. You can make your own decision, but none of the many comments on AirNav mentioned this. Now it has been mentioned.

Unbelievable service! This FBO is totally amazing. I have not seen anything like it in my 23 years of corporate flying. The line guys parked us right in front of the main building for passengers to deplane conveniently. Their vehicle was brought up to the aircraft before I opened the door. Line personnel promptly loaded their luggage and then brought crew rent car to help load the bags. Before I could even secure the cabin and clean up the trash they took everything and another lineman had already put the engine covers on. I was stunned by this great service which continued inside with the CSR. Great facilities, like a 5-star JW Marriott. A MUST stop when in DTS! Thanks to all!

I am a relatively new VFR pilot and took a weeklong trip to Destin in October. I was VERY pleased with how I was treated and the great work the line guys did getting us unloaded and transported to Sandestin. On leaving, Justin was a huge help with the ATC requirements leaving Destin. I would definitely recommend Destin Jet. AAAAAAAAAA

The linemen were great -- very friendly and helpful. They even pulled my rental car onto the ramp next to the airplane. I can't remember anyone else doing this. Lovely facility and airport. If this is your first time flying into Destin, as it was mine, be sure you study the airspace around the area carefully beforehand.

This was my first trip into Destin and I've been to a lot of FBOs, but Destin Jet is the best! Awesome line service who are prompt, professional, and polite. The facility is clean, has every amenity you could want, and an awesome pilots lounge. The crew cars were offered generously, even though we didn't have a large fuel purchase. Bobbi was super friendly and more than helpful. I wish every FBO was like Destin Jet. Thanks Guys!

Great people at Destin Jet. They had our rental car ready and waiting on us once we got out of the airplane. The linemen helped to unload all of our bags. We opted not to get any gas and were charged only $8 a night for tie down fee. Which is very acceptable for the amount of service and hospitality that you receive at Destin Jet. I will most definitely be back again.

Flew a couple in this past weekend to Destin Jet. Spoke with Jennifer a day in advance and she took care of 2 rental cars and hotel rooms. Then told her we would be arriving at 2 am, which she said would be no problem or extra fee! We pulled up to both cars running and cooled off and the passengers were on their way in no time. Her and her husband stayed there all night and waited for us and was so helpful when we arrived. I have been all over the country to FBO's and without a doubt this one was one of the best. Jennifer and her husband and all the staff who helped us made my job easy. Thank you all very much and I highly recommend this FBO!

Can't say enough about the crew at Destin Jet! EASILY one of the top 3 FBOs in my 2500+ hours of flight time. These guys had the rental car waiting, A/C blazing, and our bags unloaded almost before I crawled out of our airplane. My wife loved the service - now she wants to GA it everywhere. Had a slight issue with my PA32 while on vacation when the heavy rains leaked into the plane around one of my door seals. Although the competition tried to help me (I left my plane at their FBO, they did not have the hangar/equipment to get me back in the air like Destin Jet. Staff and linemen bent over backwards to do what they could to help. This will be my new home when I return to Destin! Thanks guys!

I guess I'll chime in too. We've been coming to Destin about 2-3 times a year for the last 5-10 years. The line staff, desk staff and the facility at Destin Jet are definitely a notch above the competing FBO. Rental car arrangements seem to be much smoother as well. Also a word about the flight school. Decided to do my BFR/IPC while on vacation over Memorial Day. Great experience. David has excellent insight into the workings of this complex airspace. I would highly recommend him.

Came in late and Nick and Jenn were overwhelmingly gracious and stayed a half hour late to accommodate us free of charge. She was within weeks of having her baby. Having flown into the Destin area for years, Destin Jet is the only FBO as far as I am concerned. They are the best FBO in the country for that matter. The staff and the facility cannot be beat. Arrived during a heavy rainstorm to be greeted by four very friendly, capable, and hard-working linemen with umbrellas. They off-loaded luggage and installed covers immediately, all in the pouring rain..... Way above and beyond the call of duty. Most FBO's offer good service, but the real test is their attitude and performance in unusual circumstances. Destin Jet's was aces. Absolutely great service and a fantastic facility to boot!

I flew my Mooney in on November 19 with my wife and daughter for the weekend. This FBO is a first class facility with first class service. Our rental car was loaded (and unloaded) for us. The aircraft cover was put on and taken off for us. The cookies were great and the tie down was waived with the fuel purchase.

I called before going to Destin and talked to Crystal at Destin Jet and told her I had never been into their FBO. She promised I would never forget the service and she was right. This is by far one of the nicest FBO's I have been to and Crystal and all the linemen treated me like a king. From now on Destin Jet is where I will park my plane in Destin.

I wish I could give them a higher rating. We arrived last Friday for a weekend in Destin. The pre-arranged car was pulled up to my airplane and the line crew stepped up immediately to transfer our bags from the airplane to the car. I went in to register and was offered a "first-time" fuel discount. The same great service when I returned today, Sunday. Next time I return to Destin I will also return to Destin Jet.

Lots of FBOs provide exceptional service. This outfit went above and beyond. For instance, we happened to be in DTS on a very hot weekend When the Destin Jet crew saw us walk in to the FBO to get the Mooney out of hock they scrambled to get it pulled up and the aux A/C unit cooling the inside for our little passengers' comfort. Unrequested. Just one example of their operation. I've never been to the other FBO on the field and don't expect I'll need to.
