Another great trip down to DTS for Spring Break. The staff at Miracle Strip treated us like we arrived in a Gulf Stream vs. our Dakota. They pulled the rental right up to the plane and towed us to a nice tiedown for the week. The same treatment as we left. We will definitely return to Miracle Strip again this summer.

Great experience with Miracle Strip. Went to Destin for a weekend with my pilot wife. We landed in a little single engine piston plane but they made us feel as welcome as the large jets. Even took us and picked us up from our hotel. They went above and beyond. Great facilities and well maintained. Expensive gas and a ramp fee but that is to be expected in a resort airport. Friendly, quick, and to the point. Great people here.

Miracle Strip continues to impress. I've taken the family there twice in the last few months and both times Miracle Strip was great. Car was pulled up to the plane upon our arrival, airplane serviced as directed, and smiles on the faces.

Service is better than could ever imagined. I had to leave on Christmas Eve rather than the next day to beat a tornado coming through and had to make an unexpected stop at DTS. Rob just happened to be there to check on things and got right out there and fueled me up. When I couldn't get the plane started he could sense my frustration and was just a saint. Set up a hotel, gave me a crew car. The next morning he called me and wanted to deliver gifts to the hotel for my little girl to open for Christmas. There were over 10 gifts with her name on them. This service is unbelievable and I will always make a stop here because of Rob.

Finally made it to 'the Panhandle', and can't say enough good words about Miracle Strip Aviation. Angie arranged a great hotel on the beach, and a car for our walk-in fly in. Our Seneca was treated with kid gloves, and we will definitely be back. Thanks to all for a great visit! ...

The service at Miracle Strip Aviation was excellent, I arrived on Sept 25th, the rental cars were pulled up next to aircraft, line personnel assisted in loading baggage, and the customer service girls (ladies) were so cheerful with great smiles, told the crew the popular seafood restaurants and we were on our way. Day-trip for some sand & surf, Miracle Strip took excellent care of us even though we couldn't take much fuel (love that 5-6gph burn in our C152!) & even gave us a first-timers' discount! Though I had been by with other aircraft, superb experiences before so that's why we returned. No fees with fuel purchase & not staying overnight. Friendly folks, pristine facility, & yummy cookies...Thanks a bunch & see y'all again! :) :)

Great service from the line guys when we landed. Car was all ready to go. Fuel is a bit expensive, but they have discounts if you buy 25+ gallons. I'll visit again! (Minor complaint: My Mooney was parked by the line guys, but I discovered that it had not been tied down. I was only there for the day, but jet wash and an unexpected storm can damage an unmoored airplane. I'll just make sure that I tie it next time.)

Great service! My first time to DTS, Great sight for me and the family as we dropped down through a hole in the clouds and saw the emerald coast. Cross winds, as you would expect at the beach. After landing, we planned to get a taxi to our hotel, but the lineman who parked us made a radio call and out came a van to take us to our hotel. As she dropped us off, she gave us a card and said to call her to get a ride back when we checked out. I wanted to ensure I followed the Eglin departure procedures correctly so the FBO gave me a cheat sheet and directed me to the phone in the briefing room to call Eglin and get the departure clearance. We'll be back for sure.

I planned to come to Destin for only a few hours. I called Angie a few days earlier to ask how I can get to a restaurant for lunch and return. She offered to try and hold a crew car for me. Upon my arrival on the 21st, the crew car was waiting and directions to a local beachfront restaurant were offered. I was in Destin and at Miracle Strip only three hours, and I received first class service. Thank you Angie and thank you to everyone that helped me.

First visit to Miracle Strip in Destin and it was a great experience. Taxied my 210 to their ramp and there was the ramp personnel Robert waiting for us. The rental car was brought to the plane and the plane was refueled before I left the ramp. Angie inside handled all the other details like a pro and started our visit to Destin with AAA service also. Thanks guys.

Great service upon arrival with our Bonanza. We were in and out for three days as we visited family at Destin and made day trips in the area. Every arrival was the same high level of service. The folks couldn't have been friendlier to us or the family who was there to meet us. During our stay, I took my father-in-law (a Vietnam-era USAF pilot) for a plane ride. When we got back they pulled us up front with a red carpet to celebrate his service. What a class thing to do - it made his day! Every night the folks pulled the plane to a ramp spot and a tie down. Thanks - we'll be back.

Flew into Destin in my 1965 172 and you would have thought I landed in a King Air 300. I was met at the plane by the line guys with a smile, wonderful courteous service and was treated like I owned the place. The girls in the office area were very friendly and helpful. They let us use the crew car for a few hours to grab a bite to eat and run around Destin for a bit. They helped with departure instructions, as I was new to the airport. They had a beautiful facility along with a place to relax and check the weather information. I will defiantly use Miracle Strip Aviation when I ever I find my way to Destin.

Stopped in on a night cross-country. The line guys and the girls at the counter were cheerful, helpful, and friendly. I called them on Unicom while taxiing in to request a car to go to town for dinner and was met at the plane with a car ready to go. The FBO was clean and well appointed. Great experience.

Stopped in for a couple of days in an old rent-a-Cherokee and was treated perfectly! The car was waiting and running when we taxied up. Friendly staff helped us with our luggage. The airplane was fueled and pulled up close to the building when we arrived at the airport to head home at the end of the trip. Concerning the car we rented through the FBO, I ended up taking the keys for it home with me in my pocket. Definitely my fault, but I kind of wish they would have asked me for them when we walked out, as you have a lot of other things on your mind as you are preparing for a flight. I had to spend $50 to UPS overnight them back to Destin from Atlanta. They definitely set it right in my book by working it out with Hertz to where I didn't have to pay any extra fees for the rental. Thanks so much to them for working with me to correct my mistake on that! I will definitely be back here and I highly recommend them! Destin is beautiful, by the way.

Another great experience at Miracle Strip Aviation!! We arrived a day early to beat weather, and even though we did not call ahead, Miracle Strip pulled the rental car out to the plane with the A/C running as we were climbing out!! The desk girl went the extra mile to find us a hotel for the first night - calling about 20 before finding success - THANK YOU!! The line crews were super-friendly - and fueled up the plane and had it pulled to the building for our departure. They even provided a ride to avoid the 75 yard walk. One of the very best FBOs around - We will be back to Miracle Strip!!! Thanks again -

Flew into DTS last week, used Miracle Strip on a recommendation from a friend. They treated our little Sundowner very nicely, helped unload all our bags and were very courteous at the front desk. I had a minor maintenance issue, they had the plane towed to the maintenance shop and the guys got the issue worked out in the next day. We were there for vacation so they had plenty of time. Maintenance rates were reasonable, fuel cost was reasonable for the area. The plane was pulled to the ramp for our departure and we were in and out in less than thirty seconds as they had already run the card on fuel and they were waiting to help reload bags. Well run FBO would recommend and will use again. Thanks guys!!

Stopped in for a night on the way south in our RV-7A, and Miracle Strip exactly what an FBO should be. No complaints at all. They gave us a free ride to our hotel close to the airport, and on the way John gave us a quick tour of the surrounding area. I would definitely use them again!

Visited 31Oct2010 for a few days in the Cessna 210. Tie-down fee was $8/day, 1st day waived with fuel purchase. I had reserved a Hertz rental car, and they brought it out to the plane. Thanks!

The landing fee was waived with a fuel purchase. The airplane hung out on the ramp for a solid 7 hrs. They picked us up at the Back Porch (walked to the beach from the FBO) and even stopped at Subway for us on the way back. Neyra was awesome! We were treated well for a piston single. Thanks.
