Very friendly FBO great service. Rented an Avis car from Monadnock, no problems. Stayed 4 nights, so it was cheaper to buy a monthly parking pass for $35 than pay the $10 per night parking fee. This was suggested by the airport personnel. I'd go back in an instant.

Excellent, outstanding experience! I flew in and the woman in the FBO was beyond nice--offered me the courtesy car to drive into town and walk around. So friendly and helpful. This is the way every airport should be. Fuel was very reasonably priced as well. I can't wait to come back!

What a nice bunch of people! I'm a student pilot, and just finished my first cross country trip to KEEN from KBED. After one botched landing attempt, I was able to land on runway 02. It was about 95 degrees outside, and 105 degrees in my aircraft. The FBO must have heard the anxiety in my voice, because they invited me in for a drink (of water) and to stretch my legs. When I was departing, I conducted my run-up, and noticed a violent shaking when I tested my left mag. I was ready to ground my airplane, thinking I had a serious mag issue. Another Warrior pilot heard me announce my magneto troubles on CTAF, and invited me over to the northeast ramp, where he showed me how to clean my fouled plugs by performing a run-up at a high RPM with a lean mixture. It worked, and I was able to return home without a hitch. Thank God this nice guy (I forget his name) was willing to help me out; I was ready to start walking home. I'll definitely be back!!

I continue to be very impressed with the quality of the staff at Monadnock. I fly in often to visit my daughter at the college and am always met with helpful and professional staff. Crew car has always been available. Great FBO.

Buyer Beware! Richard Bendel (aka: "I am the owner here!") charges $75 per hour per person to be open beyond 5 PM. Attention: Professionals commonly work beyond 5, Mr. Owner! We found this guy to be outrageously rude and curt, disrespectful, speaking negatively about his own personnel, inflexible and, oh yes, takes no responsibility for his own behavior. The 100LL fuel for our C421C was not accessible without restarting and taxiing to the other side of the airport and this should be known beforehand, in my opinion. One of the fuelers was polite and helpful, thank God. Oh, I almost forgot, when we asked if we would be charged for an extra rental day from Avis since no one was there to check us in for the return, he said "yes." When I asked to speak with Avis about this, he said, "I am Avis!" OMG!

I flew in here a few weeks ago to stay overnight at a friend’s house. I had arrived after the FBO closed but found everything I needed very easily. Then I arrived to depart I was greeted by a very friendly employee. He made me feel like I was welcome anytime just like it were Monadnock Aviation were the very friends I was visiting. I work at an FBO (IAS) based in KASH and I highly recommend this place as a business stop for any corporate traffic. Keep up the good work guys!

Thank you Beth for your outstanding hospitality. If Monadnock Aviation took care of me this well in my Piper Cherokee, a business aircraft definitely belongs here. Not an idle comment either-- I ran an FBO which specialized in quality for years and recognize a class operation when I see one. Keep up the good work!

Rick and Beth, Thumbs Up! Keene airport is sorely underutilized and would be a great location for a small "green technology" industrial park. What a great combination to bring jobs into the area near a 1st class airport.

From David DeLuca on 04-Nov-2010

Again, Beth and Rick have been so hospitable to me. My daughter attends Keene State and I fly in regularly. They always have a car for me to use. I would recommend this FBO anytime.

A stop here is worth the trip. A friendly and efficient FBO, a beautiful town, excellent runways, maintenance shop on the field, low fuel prices- it doesn't get any better. Perfect. We stopped on the way to Canada in our vintage plane (Cessna 195), liked it so much that we planned for EEN on the return flight. Thanks Rick and Beth- you're doing an outstanding job.

Rick and Beth, Fantastic job stepping on your first air show. It was a great event! Congrats and a well deserved pat on the back.
