I often go to KEFD as my wife's parents live near there. My most recent trip was Easter Sunday in and out the same day. The folks there are always pleasant and helpful. This trip and others the line guys often refuse a tip when offered. Courtesy car, water, and even a t-shirt have been recent perks offered by Southwest Services. Very nice place. I recommend them highly.

Flew in to go shopping for an hour or so. Great service for me and my Cherokee. Highly recommended.

Wow! Keep up the good work ladies! Thank you for finding me a rental car on short notice...Especially during the big rodeo event in Houston. I am going to keep coming back.

Flew in to drop off some parts. On the ground less than 30 minutes. They were fast to get my plane fueled and pleasant to do business with. Very nice FBO.

We are based in Southwest's community hangar. This service is top shelf for our little plane. In/out service is immediate, as is fueling. Line service friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the fuel price differential with surrounding airports is growing substantially. $1.30 to $1.80 /gal higher than surrounding airports (used to be 0.50 to 1.00).

EFD has become my stop in Houston. Service is always good, and everyone is very helpful. This is the way an FBO should be!

Southwest Services is very good. They do everything they can to help make the experience at Ellington delightful. EFD is close to Houston and it is very easy to access all the freeways and tollways. I have always used EFD when traveling to Houston. I will certainly continue to use Southwest Services and EFD in the future.
