Not that great an experience on arrival. No help, no one to show me where to park, so had to move the plane after unloading. They did have the plane out the day we left, but couldn't find anyone to settle up with, had to call the 888 number. Nice, clean place otherwise.

I had called Billion Air and they close at 8 and I was going to be there about 8:15. They had to call me back because the guy didn't know if there was a fee and then they told me it was $60 if it was after 6pm! They close at 8! Whatever just tired of the nickel and dimming. I'm a professional pilot and have to deal with these unprofessional fees all the time. Every man for themselves I guess.

I stopped here for an overnight on business and Shin, who runs the FBO, which is fairly new to KEMT, was wonderful. Perfect service, hangaring, etc. I will use them again, for sure.
