Great stop in Charlotte area! SS fuel pump is close to FBO, which still sells charts and oil. I'll definitely be back.

One of the few FBO's in the area that are congenial and appreciative of small GA business. The gas prices are always extremely competitive as well.

Arrived at night and were greeted with lighted marshal. Very professional. The crew ascertained our needs and took very good care of our Cessna 310 while we scooted away in a well arranged rental car. Fuel prices were competitive and the staff very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend this FBO to anyone in the area.

We flew in for the annual "Warbirds and Warriors" airshow. We had a great experience working with the Monroe airport FBO. The staff could not have treated us better. Marty at the front desk took care of everything including our rental car to arranging a hangar for our four day stay in Monroe. The fuel is reasonable and the southern hospitality was at it's best. I would highly recommend when your travel needs take you to the Charlotte area!

Flew my Glasair Sportsman from NY for a 4 day stay. What a great airport! Called a day before my arrival and they were ready to help when I arrived. Had my rental car there waiting and even got to drive out to my plane on the tarmac to unload. Now that's why I love general aviation! Terminal is beautiful, the facility well maintained and the staff friendly. The people down south are just so nice... I'll be back in June for a family event. Looking forward to it!

Excellent staff - one issue lately - John Brattain (Airport Manager) runs a good shop. I base my C82R here for 3 years now. Reasonable SS avgas prices, about 50 cents over rack rate. City of Monroe/Union County reasonable property tax rate on airplanes based here. The issue is the runway extension project. Started in May was supposed to be done in Sept with only limited evening closures. Now the word is it might be done in Nov, and this Sat, a sign says 9 PM-6 AM closures continue until further notice every night. Not the fault of the airport staff. One evening, I saw a construction worker drive his truck 1/2 a mile from work site to FBO to complain the airport was not closed, yet no NOTAM's filed, airport staff not notified and a plane was due to arrive/filed IFR. The airport staff kept the airport open that night till the plane landed - but the point is - call before you come. This project is going on longer than expected and the airport is de facto limited operation for now.

Outstanding service. When we left a cell phone behind on a Friday afternoon they got it to FedEx in time for a Saturday delivery to our home. Reasonably priced fuel with self-service close to the nice terminal. Airport is easy to get into for place so close to crowded airspace. Will certainly stop in again.

Reasonable SS fuel prices. Hangars on the pricey side (for this area), but monthly tie down rates are reasonable. Easy access in and out on South side of Charlotte, complete with prec and non-prec approaches. Most important - super friendly and helpful staff. A+... Whether you are just stopping in, or need a homebase.

We made a self-serve fuel stop on May 18. One of the line guys was happy to assist even though two beautiful Russian jets by the Jet A pumps would have been a logical distraction (they were for me!). Very clean and impressive facility and rest rooms (a rare A+ rating by my better half). A little too aloof at the desk (no friendly greeting, not even a wave). Had planned to stop to refuel on return, but the price jumped from $3.32 to 3.44 next day, so we routed to a more price-effective stop on the 21st.

Nice stop: great facility, very friendly staff. We were greeted warmly and provided a tie-down over the weekend at $20 per day. I used the self-serve fuel before departure and found the fueling area very roomy. I thought the tie-down fee was a little on the high side and found that the fuel price was about 14% higher than my home FBO. Were it not for the convenience to my business there, I am not sure this would have been my first pick of a stop.

Stopped in here for some fuel on a quick turn. Great place. This is one of those hidden little gems you have to remember. Fuel very reasonable. Facilities nice and clean. People super friendly and efficient. Plane was fueled in a few minutes. I'll be back.
