Flew in on Sunday Aug. 25th from KILM for the birth of my grandchild. Lineman directed me to parking and offered to help with bags. Lady at front desk was very helpful getting a car. Advised me I could rent for the day cheaper than I could get a taxi (said taxi's were very expensive and they didn't have good service). I took her advice and it was well worth it. She was very helpful with directions. I'm sure I'll be making many return trips to see the new family addition!!

Quick stop for Operation Fly NC passport stamp - friendly staff and nice FBO facilities. Pretty close to Charlotte too if you need an alternate to KCLT.

We made an unscheduled stop at KEQY to replace a loose oil filler cap and the service from the FBO and line personnel could not have been better. Thanks guys!

I stopped in to Charlotte Monroe to sit through an approaching line of storms. The staff could not have been friendlier. The FBO was top notch. I never landed here before but I am now looking forward to returning for their annual air show. Thanks again Don.

Landed on our way to Penna and had a wonderful experience. Dawn at the FBO along with Bob could not have been more helpful and courteous. Anything we needed was not a problem. Beautiful facilities, spacious ramp and great self serve operation to include the price. Definitely a keeper for our mid trip fuel and rest stop heading north or south.

One postscript to my prior post. Certainly not the FBO or airport's fault, but keep an eye on your Hertz billing. I used my rental car only two days, filled out the drop off time and date showing that in both places on the rental papers, and asked the FBO if they'd called Hertz and told them I'd dropped the car off. "Yes" they said, and said sometimes Hertz doesn't come and pick up the cars immediately. Unfortunately, they picked the car up a week later and initially billed me for that entire week until I called the Hertz franchisee in Monroe and had it corrected.

Nice new terminal, and all the facilities and supplies you need inside. Hertz #1 Gold car was delivered planeside and made very easy for departure and return. Nice airport!

Great FBO - nice folks, good prices. Had a loaner car available for lunch. They tend to get a lot of ramp checks. It was painless, but make sure you have your paperwork in order.

First time here and service is exceptional. For a municipal-run facility, the City of Monroe has got it right! No ramp fee and spacious ramp, flight line personnel are eager to help. Inside you are met with a nice, southern warm welcome. Facilities are immaculate and comfortably arranged. GA pilots are catered to and are offered assistance at every turn. One wifi, LOW Avgas pricing.... Will land here again when in Charlotte area.

Was at Monroe, participating in the Nationwide Pilots N Paws pet rescue, with at least 30 other aircraft. The FBO is always the best of the best, and we once again had a great experience. Would highly recommend when in the Charlotte area.

I fly into Monroe often and it is always a positive experience. The staff is always helpful with any needs you may have. The FBO is quiet, clean, and comfortable. It is really nice to feel appreciated for your business and everyone at KEQY ensures your time with them is the best it can possibly be. I have also used their rental car service on numerous occasions without any issues. Cars are clean, nice, always available, and it is simple to rent and return them. Flying your own aircraft is hectic enough. Being able to rely on outstanding service and comfort from your FBO is essential to our safety. Monroe excels in all areas for pilots.

Great location, excellent FBO. I've been here before and will use this FBO again, but we used a cab recommended by the FBO and got stung: $40 for a ride to the Hampton Inn barely 5 miles away. Don't use F&H Cab, or a cab driver named Frank. He scammed us by telling us the fare was "per person" after we got to the destination. There are other cabs available.

Flew into Monroe August 2 and the line guys quickly helped us unload the plane and into the rental car. Everything was setup in advance and we were out and our friends quickly. I appreciate all the help and will recommend anyone coming here. I will definitely be back.

They were the masters of quick turn fueling! We came in twice in the Conquest II in three days and the fuel truck was standing by both times. The fueling was done before we could finish taking a restroom break. Nice FBO and the service was as good as it gets. Carmen and Marty at the counter made it easy and Richard did an excellent job on the ramp side of things. I am looking forward to the chance to stop back!

Wow..... Nothing else comes close to describing this gem of an airport and FBO. Beautiful facility and Southern hospitality that will surely make you consider this as a mandatory stop. Wow.

Arrived at night and were greeted with lighted marshal. Very professional. The crew ascertained our needs and took very good care of our Cessna 310 while we scooted away in a well arranged rental car. Fuel prices were competitive and the staff very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend this FBO to anyone in the area.

We flew in for the annual "Warbirds and Warriors" airshow. We had a great experience working with the Monroe airport FBO. The staff could not have treated us better. Marty at the front desk took care of everything including our rental car to arranging a hangar for our four day stay in Monroe. The fuel is reasonable and the southern hospitality was at it's best. I would highly recommend when your travel needs take you to the Charlotte area!

Flew my Glasair Sportsman from NY for a 4 day stay. What a great airport! Called a day before my arrival and they were ready to help when I arrived. Had my rental car there waiting and even got to drive out to my plane on the tarmac to unload. Now that's why I love general aviation! Terminal is beautiful, the facility well maintained and the staff friendly. The people down south are just so nice... I'll be back in June for a family event. Looking forward to it!
