Stopped in on 9-13-2011 in a Cessna 172 to pick up a friend who is attending the aviation college. The controller was super friendly and the FBO was beautiful even though I didn't need fuel at this stop everyone was nice and the aviation shoptalk was good. I wish all ATC controllers could be this nice.

Arrived at 9:30 am on Sunday. FBO doesn't open until 1 pm on Sundays. Would have like to have known that in advance. The good news is that they have 24/7 fuel by credit card.

If service is required outside those hours please call 478-231-8305 or 478-374-4411 and we will be happy to come and serve you. Don't forget we have self serve fuel 24/7. Thanks.

Had some electrical problems and diverted to this airport. I was lucky to find helpful staff, Doug, who took great care of us. We were back on our way to no time. This is a good place to stop if you're in the area!
