Quickly drove our passenger to the Gate where he was meeting Ground Transportation. Courtesy car so Crew could get food. Good line service and nice facilities. Couldn't ask for more.

I had been using Corporate for well over a year up until Signature opened on the field. My biggest complaint with this place is the smoking area that is located ramp side and close enough that passengers smell it going to/from the lobby and front entrance. With fueling going on the ramp I can't believe how stupid it is to have the smoking area on the ramp. Secondly, I had a line guy leave the pin in the landing gear used to attach the tow bar after the aircraft had been moved into position for departure and after the towbar and it's attachment had been removed. Many months of coming up here I have experienced the same and only printer not working for the flight planning area, wi-fi not working leaving me wondering why problems are not fixed. Also, they are located on the southwest side of the field, not the northwest. For the 2 pilots that are confused when you land on 29 and make a left at the end that is a turn to the south and a rollout to the end puts you on the west side.

On Saturday, Sept 17, I needed to drop off a passenger at Fresno near the end of a long day. I expected a first class facility at Corporate Aircraft and it was everything I expected and more. With an old Mooney I didn't expect to rate much attention from a facility catering to the big boys. Wrong, both I and the 172 that came in behind me received outstanding service from the moment we pulled in. I will definitely add Corporate Aircraft at Fresno to my short list of preferred places to stop.

I had to drop off a passenger at FAT and have had bad experiences with the other FBO so I tried Corporate. I pulled onto the ramp, unloaded my passenger and his baggage which took about two minutes, then as I was climbing back into my plane for departure I was directed to the FBO Office where I was charged a $10 ramp fee which is ridiculous for the amount of time that my single engine airplane was there. I will not use this FBO again.

Very nice facility; friendly & very helpful staff. Gave us a crew car at no charge (even for gas) to get lunch while we waited for weather to pass. Will return!

I had a disappointing experience at another field FBO so I wanted to try Corporate. This is the kind of FBO I've expected to see at this airport. I agree with the comment below that it is in the Northwest corner by B12, it's off the beaten path but worth the stay. Excellent, modern, clean facility, reasonable prices, friendly and helpful staff. Pilot lounge was top notch. I just wish AirNav had the ability to post pictures. Called in about 10 minutes out and advised of our intentions. Off of the taxiway we were greeted by line service, shut down, walked in a crew car was waiting for us. After getting lunch and getting lost on our drive back the aircraft was fueled, lined up with other aircraft and it was a few minutes before we were ready for departure. I'll be back again this place was great.

Corporate is located on the extreme southern corner of the field so just taxi past B12 and you will see them. They parked me up front and had my rental car waiting for me next to the plane by the time I got out. They even got me a super cheap rate on the car when I called in advance. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

I haven't visited Corporate Aircraft yet, but if my experience is 1/2 as good as the woman who just took my call, I'll be very pleased. In an era of seemingly ever declining customer service, the woman I just spoke w/ at Corporate Air was excellent. She was very personable, polite, and helpful. It's nice to see a business with such customer service-oriented employees.

Flying into Fresno overnight for a family wedding. Called Friday 13 (not superstitious) and reserved a rental car and for overnight tie down. Person on the phone was very knowledgeable and very service oriented. When we arrived Saturday lineman met the plane, parked us and put out a red carpet. We brought the rental car in loaded the luggage and left, all this in 10 minutes. On return, as requested the tanks were topped and plane was pulled out. Used the flight planning area to file an IFR flight plan and was in the air with-in 30 minutes. Good folks, I'll use them again.
