We made arrangements via AirNav to rent a car for Sunday, 5/10/09. We realizing we would not make it to Sierra Vista airport before 4PM and called ahead to see if that would be an issue. Jimmy W. said he would make arrangements to get the vehicle to us and asked for our approximate arrival time. When we arrived, as I was climbing out of the plane I heard a voice call my name - it was Ryan who was there with keys in hand! You'd think it doesn't get much better than that but, when we were ready to leave Sierra Vista, Jimmy offered to take us back to the airport; making the whole rental pick-up and drop-off process a seamless, excellent experience! I would highly recommend Dollar and their team in Sierra Vista when renting a vehicle - great attitude! The vehicle I received for use was in excellent, clean condition and full of fuel - totally exceeded my expectations. I would expect you'd have an equally rewarding experience if renting from Dollar in Sierra Vista.
