Flew into this first class, upscale FBO this past Saturday for a conference nearby. I was the only piston on the ramp at the time, but the lovely young blonde lady at the counter treated me no differently than the pilots from the jets filling the ramp and buying many gallons. Their shuttle took me over to my meeting right away. I didn't need any fuel, so I gladly paid the $15 handling fee and FLL's $10 landing fee. Sheltair, this one young service representative made your facility shine. Untie my airplane for me next time so I don't have to crawl on the ground in my good dress pants and I'll give you an "excellent!"

Stopped in with a Piper Arrow and had no problems at all. Staff was helpful and very courteous. Will be flying here again when visiting FLL!

Great fuel price for us today and N900NE. Very nice lobby for pax and crew needs. Wonderful service for special pax needs and friendly staff throughout. Thanks folks. Best access to 9R runway.
