I frequently use Ft Pierce to clear Customs, as was the case today. Called ahead from Turks and Caicos with a food order then called on the ARINC frequency to tell them to go ahead and start preparing the food. Timing was great. Food was great. Fueling the Pilatus quickly. All thumbs up and great thanks for the quick turn.

Friendly, helpful service! The line guy met us at Customs on our way back from the Bahamas. After we cleared Customs, he towed our plane to the FBO and fueled it while we grabbed lunch at the Tiki Grill. As we paid for our food & fuel the friendly young lady at the counter gave us a couple of fragrant gardenias to make the plane smell great all the way back to Oklahoma.

Loved it here. Got a rental car to commute to Hutchison Island. Did the Tiki for breakfast. Staff is great and airport is fantastic. Now about those directions from the airport to the main highway after dark....

Landed for Customs coming back from the Turks. Customs folks were very pleasant, even though we arrived near their quitting time. Found we had an oil leak on the left engine. Clyde was there and he and some others found the leak and fixed the problem. The line guy was very helpful also. What a nice group of people. I'll go to APP and KFPR again if the situation arises.

This is a great airport to make your re-entry. When you call customs in advance of your arrival, be sure to get the initials of the officer you talked to. We arrived and were told we hadn't made the call. After showing them my notes and explaining how the call went, everything was ok, but having the initials of the officer would have helped, too (according to the officer). He was friendly, helpful, but also kept the demeanor of someone who's doing an important job. Apparently, there are still a number of people who are not completing their eapis.... ????? Surprising.

Used APP as a launch point for Bahamas vacation this past week. Linemen were very helpful. Tiki Hut was great, waitress was great also. Discrepancy over life raft overcharge should have been easily corrected, turned into horrible customer service by receptionist. Instead of just fixing, became rude and irritated. Took another employee to resolve the issue. Disappointing that the last part of our trip was so negative.

This was my 4th time at KFPR. Inbound customs is simple and professional. It has been a great stop. On our Bahamas trip we usually fuel, eat and rent a life raft. Staff is on top of their game. On the way out they were fueling a big jet so I tried their self-serve fueling which saved me a few dollars.

I recently had service from APP Jet Center that was above excellent. Our group was delayed to the Bahamas due to a recent tropical storm. Cabs were short and so APP lent us the courtesy car for overnight transport to the hotel. I also had a problem part for my Baron, Chris, who is VP of operations, secured one for me, at no charge. All of this in addition to towing from customs to their ramp, excellent restaurant, friendly linemen and counter and assistance with Bahamas paperwork. This is a well located towered airport (KFPR) that is GA friendly. Excellent stop for any reason. Thank you so much!

We had a great sandwich while waiting to get a vacuum pump to be installed. Jimmy Jones at Bell Aircraft replaced the pump late on Saturday afternoon! And we were able to continue on to the Bahamas! Stopped on return to clear customs and it was a painless experience.. Definitely return!

I was recently in charge of 21 aircraft heading off to the islands and used FPJC for everything we needed for our group. Their service was outstanding, very pleasant and attentive to detail. Kudos to them. Thank you Fort Pierce Jet Center Particularly Sally

Great gateway to the Bahamas. Rented life jackets here but they were out of rafts (was told I should have reserved both). Checking the vests out was a bit slow, but a reservation may have expedited the process. Busy traffic here but tower handles it well.

Stopped on our way to and from the Bahamas over Thanksgiving week. Great service and good food. A big shout out to the friendly US Customs folks who made the entry totally painless. The best gateway to the Bahamas IMHO!

A perfect 10!! Helped unload bags for trip into Customs; then, offered to reloaded bags into aircraft while we went for burgers. Upon departure, left purse on ramp containing large amounts of cash, passports for group, etc... After a few frantic phone calls from us (in Atlanta), bag was located on runway, packaged and sent via FedEx same day to Atlanta. Bag just arrived, and ALL contents are intact. General Aviation at it's finest!

I was here on my way to Freeport, Bahamas. APP Jet Center folks were great! We had a good meal at the Airport Tiki right in the FBO (Great food-decent prices). Highly recommended.

Flew in and didn't need anything but a rental car. I phoned the night before and advised them my time of intended arrival. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Will use again...

We used Ft Pierce for our launch point to the Bahamas over the Easter week...We called in advance and set up the paperwork and life raft. APP set us up with their rental car/hotel package so we could launch early the next morning...Upon return they helped us as we cleared customs and then had a great burger at the Tikki before starting our trek home...I highly recommend APP

Stopped by on the way to/from the Bahamas. We rented our life jackets and raft from here (lower cost then KFLL). They helped us with all our forms since it was our first time out. Overall very good service. We also had lunch at the Tiki, which was excellent.

Stopped both outbound and inbound from Bahamas. As always, great FBO and service. But be aware, ramp fuel price was $4.94 for full service if you don't ask. But they will match or beat the price of the other FBO truck (which is often waiting at Customs) if you call and ask. (We paid $4.25 from the truck from the other FBO folks looking for business.) Afterwards, the line guys at APP said they would beat that price or charge the self serve price. Just keep in mind, don't ask don't tell costs you a lot more!

Best FBO I've experienced anywhere, especially if you are going to Bahamas. Great restaurant inside FBO. No ramp fees and they have everything you need right there and they will even help with paperwork outbound and meet you at customs next door and help with bags and bring plane over after you clear. Pay your fuel bill and food bill at counter!
