Flew in for a meeting. Great service from the line crew, office support and great transportation arrangements. I called three days in advance of my arrival. The rates that were better than what was posted on the Internet.

I was at Republic for the day, weather was poor but the service and the people at SheltAir were wonderful. The controllers were also very helpful both inbound and out bound. Great place to stop!

I flew in late afternoon, to drop my wife at a nearby hotel. I had called to reserve a crew car, but none was available. The manager, Lionel, offered to drive us over there, using his knowledge of the local roads, because the Long Island Expressway was bumper-to-bumper. I offered to pay him for his expenses, but he refused. What great service! Thank you so much

A very friendly place. I've had a much better experience here than at the other FBO on this field. Smiling, helpful staff, bright, clean surroundings, comfortable environment.

Leonel and his team at SheltAir are nothing short of amazing...The best customer service we've experienced anywhere. Thanks to all at SheltAir for the VIP treatment for Rescue Ink and the pit bull ARF transported for them from Kentucky. Additional thanks for shipping the headsets back to us that we accidentally left behind. We look forward to visiting again soon!

What a great FBO. We were parked over by the main terminal and needed fuel. The FBO said it would take about 15 minutes to get the truck there. They were at my plane in 5. Thanks for everything!

Great FBO! Treated us great in our arrow despite being very busy with corporate jets. Gladly loaned us a courtesy car and gave us directions to get around to the restaurant on the other side of the field.

Sheltair at Republic is one of the classiest FBOs I've seen. When our FBO needed to update software, Sheltair's GM was more than willing to invite us down and talk with us about potential software packages that he currently uses. The attention to detail and customer service is absolutely impeccable. This is a REAL class act.

Arrived 10/11 and departed 10/12 for a wedding on L.I. Phoned ahead of time and spoke to Johanna who was very friendly and helpful even at 8:00 am, and after gathering some information, very quickly faxed driving directions to me to pass along to the people picking me up. Taxied in and directed to a parking spot right upon entering. Check-in fast and easy, those picking you up can enter at a gate and pull right up to front door and when unloading baggage (the hotel carts are GREAT) from plane, loading into car, unloading from car to depart, and loading into plane was offered help every time. Great facilities inside, very helpful staff, great tie-down, and fuel service. Will certainly use Sheltair at FRG and other locations.

Had quick trip in and out of LI New York. Stopped at SheltAir (formerly Stevens Beechcraft location for you old dogs). Service was great. Crew cars available, facility nice. Fuel pricey but its east coast. Landing and parking fee waived if you but fuel. Very low airport landing fee. I would go back again.

I have flown into Sheltair for several years and always have been treated excellent by the staff. I am always very impressed with the level of service I have been shown in my Diamond DA40 and feel as if I get the same treatment as if I flew in in a Gulfstream GV. Keep up the great work and I'll continue to support Sheltair.

Great Place! STRONGLY RECOMMENDED! We flew in from KHVN, as we could not reach KMMU because of the weather. Just wanted to get closer to home. The stay was excellent. Very nice facility, great lineman and service. Dan was especially helpful. Even though he was done for the day he stayed with us for some time just to talk and show us the place. We were charged $15 ramp fee (no fuel purchase) for staying over night. I consider that a great price. We'll definitely be back to visit! GREAT JOB SHELTAIR!

Arrived here on 3/22/08 Saturday afternoon with our C172 and we were great received by line mans and professional people at front desk, very friendly staff fuel as posted be prepare to practice your (radio comm) skills, since this is traccon controlled and surrounded by class B, JFK, LGA, EWR are very close proximity and big guys rule the sky here, however you will feel like the pros on this environment if you visit NY I’ll strongly recommend Shelter Air as FBO

Stopped by on 26 January for a quick visit and lunch at the 56FG. Staff at Sheltair was extremely accommodating and the facilities very nice. We didn't require any services, but borrowed a crew car for 1.5 hours for lunch. We topped off the tank in appreciation - upon our return, the gentleman at the desk actually offered to reimburse us for the fuel (which we declined). Sheltair definitely gets my vote at FRG. Additionally, ATC here is very effective at moving traffic efficiently.

Arrived on a gooey Friday night & was met by 3 line guys. Service when departing was great - very friendly - and $15/night. By my standards - that's high - but for LI - guess it was OK - especially since it included a free preheat! Gas was $5.3645 + tax = $6.04/gal. I'll definitely come back!

Call ahead and check on fees. I parked at the other FBO, Atlantic Aviation (strangely not listed on AirNav), and was charged $50 per night parking fee for a single engine piston. When going to NYC, I will stay on the KCDW side and pay $15 per night.

Sheltair has great service. We received the red carpet type treatment. Nice clean FBO. A comfortable facility. They were on top of the rental car and brought it out to us. Not a cheap place but it is in the middle of LI.

The service at SheltAir is just as excellent as when it was LI Jet Center. Service for GA of any size is excellent and they treat you like a VIP always. SheltAir is the only choice when flying into FRG in my opinion.
