  Our aircraft arrived at a private FBO last night at KFTY and our passenger's ground transportation was not there. Hill Aircraft personnel drove to the private facility and picked up our passenger and took him to their facility and arranged ground transportation (taxi) for him. This was really over the top service. Fantastic service!

  Avoid this place at all costs. I called ahead and was quoted a ramp fee for our Eclipse. I told them what time I would be in, showed up and they then wanted to charge me 4x the quoted price. They got the girl on the phone who admitted she quoted me the original price, but the guy working the desk said 'that's too bad.' I ended up taking on 60 gallons of overpriced fuel that I didn't want nor need. I am the director of an aviation charity and our organization will never use the Hill FBO ever again. Bait and Switch!

Mr. Wright, I am sorry that you feel you were deceived on our pricing. We post our fees on our website and guarantee our fuel prices on AirNav to avoid any confusion. It seems that the confusion began when your Eclipse was described on the phone as about the size of a Baron. Our CSR gave you the fees for a Baron of $45 or 25 gallons. After you arrived our lineman confirmed that an error was made and instead of the $175 or 150 gallons for the Eclipse, Greg offered to put just 25 gallons on the plane per the quoted amount. You instructed him to just top it off and the aircraft took 52 gallons of fuel. Since 1955, Hill Aircraft has worked to be fair and equitable. In that sense, if you will email me the name of your charity to guy@hillaircraft.com, Hill Aircraft will donate the cost of your 52 gallons of fuel to the charity.

  Overall, good experience, during my stay in my C414, this last week. Upon arrival there was some initial confusion about my needs (even though I had called ahead a few days before) and some minor delays getting me my rental car. Upon departure, however, the experience was flawless, with the airplane put online and ready to go when I arrived, as well as helpful line personnel helping with loading and taking care of the rental car. As I said, overall it was a good experience, and reasonably priced for a major terminal area like Atlanta.
