Challenger 300 crew. Great service. Hangar was made avail so we did not have to de-ice due to the sleet storm! Ramp agents were friendly and competent. Facilities were nice and as expected. Many hotels and restaurants nearby. Rental car was waiting for the pax and crew, ramp side. Well done Signature.

Came to FTY in a C414 and stayed for three nights. Signature is known for great service and facilities and this particular location does not disappoint. I was treated the same way as someone who burns Jet A and a lot of it. They also seem to have a deal with a car service, which enabled us to get transportation downtown in a Town Car for about what a cab would have cost. Signature is also known for being pricey, but in this case I was actually pleasantly surprised. Per policy, the handling charge was waived with fuel pick-up. However Tonda was also nice enough to waive one night's parking fee in addition to this. Putting this together with the 50c/gallon weekend fuel discount, Signature turned out to be cheaper than the other FBO would have been. Overall, this was a great experience and (given that I was flying into a major metropolitan area in the East) reasonably priced. I would definitely visit Signature again at FTY.

Flew in late on Friday 24 July. A friend's wife had been hospitalized and Delta couldn't get him all the way home. Signature's team had everything ready for me on landing, parked my Mooney up, front crew car for the 11-mile drive to Hartsfield... quick turn on fuel, all with pure professionalism. Made an otherwise stressful event a pleasant experience. (The refurbished lobby area looks great!) Thank you from N4SR.

I flew in to Fulton County Field at 4 am on a Thursday morning, earlier than expected. The line guy was waiting for me, parked me, showed me to my nap room, and established my wake up time. At exactly 7:30 both he and my alarm were trying to wake me up... I showered, saved, and by 8:00 AM I jumped in the crew car and headed to my meeting in downtown Atlanta. I returned at 11:15 am and tipped the desk $20 because I forgot to put gas in the car. I felt like I saved $200 by landing there. They are the only place with a crew car and a shower. I cannot recommend them enough. Will certainly be back. Thank you all!

My experience with Signature at KFTY. Landed on April 16th in a Baron. The pre-arranged car already pulled up and the flight line team was very attentive. Then returned on Saturday the 18th, if I would have given them notice of my departure time I guarantee the plane would have been ready. Even without any warning I was given the red carpet treatment, fuel discount and fast service, this facility is a top notch FBO. I won't hesitate to return.

Great service, and friendly staff. Nice clean comfortable facility. A change in flight plans landed us here around 18:30 hrs. Getting two rental cars without a reservation was no problem, and was handled quickly. Upon leaving two days later, our plane (Malibu) was on the ramp and fueled right on time, as requested. Great cookies, peanuts, and drinks. Fuel was a little higher than our home price but not bad considering the professional service and attention to detail offered. We'll be back.

I was in Atlanta March 18 - 21 and I was very pleased with the service provided at Hawker Beechcraft (formerly Raytheon). I had reserved a rental car in advance and they came out to my plane (Cherokee 235) with the car, helped me get the cover on, and tugged her over to a tie down. All the staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. I will definitely visit FTY and Hawker in the future!
