Good experience yesterday. Arrived at midday and was greeted by lineman who parked us, took our fuel order and asked if he could help with our luggage. Reasonable fuel price, no fees, friendly service, I am totally satisfied!

Overall Great service. The line guy could have come out (also noted by another person commenting below). Its not an ego thing to have a line person (ramp rat, asphalt annie, etc)- we just want to park in a place that works for you. Other than that- it was a great experience. The crew car is really meant for the crew, but worked perfectly. We stayed at La Quinta, which was nice (with a good indoor pool). Although I didn’t use the FBOs facilities, they looked swank enough for the rear seater on a G-V. The pilot prep room worked just fine with good (but somewhat dated) PCs that printed just fine. What more could a GA pilot want? No fees, reasonable fuel prices, crew car and some water. Walking distance to hotels and food.

Harrison Aviation is charging a $10 parking fee to park anywhere on the west side of the airport. For example a one hour stop for breakfast. A definite no-go for me. I will be taking my business and my money elsewhere.

I was at Harrison tied down for 5 days. On day two the weather got bad and they put my plane in the hangar overnight, I was 300 miles away and unaware of the weather there. Great folks, highly recommend!

Arrived Spinks at 11:00 a.M. No one came out to park me and I had to walk to the FBO to get chocks. I asked for fuel inside and left for a business meeting. Was gone for over two hours and when I returned they had not fueled my aircraft. I'm a C182 Skylane. I bet the service would be better if I were a 70 gal per hour jet fuel burner.

The girl on 1st shift accidentally gave my rental car to someone else earlier in the day, but the girl that was there when I arrived said I could have the crew car for the night instead. There are two sleep rooms each with a nice bed in them and a shower in the restrooms. I was impressed! The staff is very friendly! AVOID THE DAYS INN LIKE THE PLAGUE! ". I was NOT happy. The Inn's management is a permanent resident and does not care at all about customer service. I should've either stayed in the FBO or spent the extra $30 and stayed at the Hampton, which is what I recommend to any that fly in here! Learn from my error and stay away from the rundown motels near S Burleson Rd! As for Harrison Aviation, I will be back! Thanks Again! =-)

This was a frequent breakfast & lunch destination. But the $10 "port charge" makes this an overfly.

First time to FWS for the Colonial Golf Tournament. One of the nicest FBO facilities I've ever seen. Friendly service. Ramp fee of $10 for single engine waived with minimum fuel purchase. Covered parking-nice in the hot sun! Easy access to Ft Worth via I-35W. Will definitely be back!
