Another pleasant though brief visit to Centerline at Great Bend. Stopped for gas on the way to Oshkosh 2013. Construction on the ramp blocked the direct route to self-serve gas, so they pumped it from the truck for the same price. Very friendly and helpful people.

Ramp/Taxiway all torn up...Caution! You can still get to SS fuel but call first for directions.Response from Christina Genova, Owner, Centerline Aviation, LLC Mr. Perkins, Thank you for visiting Great Bend, KS and Centerline Aviation. Currently we are experiencing some ramp construction, which when completed will leave us with a brand new concrete ramp. The NOTAM should state that taxiway "C" and a small portion of taxiway "A" are closed. I apologize for the inconvenience this causes and do recommend any pilots call ahead and we can advise on the best routes for parking and fueling. All of our facilities are still open and available during this construction period. Hopefully you can come visit us again when the new ramp is completed.

Stopped in KGBD on Sunday AM. Nice quiet airport with an ILS and a GPS approach that go down to 200'. Self Service Fuel Pump worked well, and was easy to approach the pump had a nice large illuminated display to show how many gallons had been pumped. The bathroom was clean, and one of the fellows working that morning had just baked a batch of cookies. Yum! One thing to be aware of: The ramp and taxiways are wide open, except for three taxi lights between the taxi way and the SS Pump, if you just head out across the ramp assuming there is nothing to hit, you may get surprised.

These folks are everything you could ask for. Stopped on trip east and on return to CA. All work together to accomplish the tasks that make for great service. I wish this was my home airport.

Great service and good gas price on my visit returning from Oshkosh, 28 July 2012. They put the plane in a hangar for $25, lent me the courtesy car overnight (seem to have more than one), gave me good recommendations on lodging and food, and were ready for me the next morning. They were polite, courteous, quick, and helpful. Could hardly ask for more.

Not a bad experience here, but was a little disappointed. Was greeted nicely by a line guy who pulled the crew car up to the aircraft for passenger and myself and gave us some directions into town. That was the last I saw of anybody really for the remainder of the day. The crew lounge is more of an airport employee break room and local hangout for airport bums, so not much of a chance for a tired crew to catch a nap. When it came time to pick up my passenger I had to track down a line guy that was hanging out in a hangar on the field to get the keys for the car. All nice guys, but I felt like someone should have been at the FBO thought the dayResponse from Christina Genova, Owner, Centerline Aviation, LLC Mr. Gruenberg, Thank you for your comments; we appreciate hearing from our customers. I am disappointed that you didn't receive the service you expected on your visit to Centerline Aviation. Although it's no excuse, most of our line service employees are also mechanics and that day they were working hard to get a customer's airplane repaired for his trip the next day. Our terminal can be busy some days, but feel free to let the line service personnel know you need a quite room, as we have one available in our hangar next door. We are making changes based on your comments, if you need to contact us please feel free to call our office number at any time, as it forwards to a direct line 24 hours a day. I hope you will re-visit Centerline Aviation, so that we have the opportunity to make your stay better than expected.

Just the best service and hospitality you can imagine. A great cross-country stopover, either just for fuel and lunch, or to stay overnight. Cameron was really helpful, provided a courtesy car and a recommendation for a terrific BBQ place in town (every bit as good as he said). There were fresh baked cookies on the airport counter and self-serve fuel at an excellent price right outside on the ramp. I stopped in again two days later on the return trip just because the service was so great. I called ahead so they would expect me near the 7pm closing time. They had the courtesy car waiting for me once again and a recommendation to stay at the Comfort Inn, which gives a discount if you mention Centerline Aviation at the airport. There was a thunderstorm rolling in and they offered to put my plane in their hangar overnight for 25 bucks. There was no ramp or parking fee; they just appreciate you filling your tanks... And at this price, why not? I will be back!

We stopped by there for fuel and lunch on the way from Michigan to California in our Navion. They lent us a car and told us about a great BBQ place in town. Clayton, one of the FBO's crew, who is also a pilot and had just flown from CA to there gave us some great tips about where to fly to for the evening. Very pleased with the FBO.

Excellent service. We operated our Navajo Chieftain in and out of Centerline Aviation for a week at Great Bend. We were operating the aircraft 24/7 and Cameron and Clayton provided us with outstanding service, never hesitating to respond to any of our requests. We could not have accomplished our mission without their help. Thanks.

Great service. The courtesy car was a great service. Filled up via full-service so didn't check out self-service pumps.

We stopped at Centerline for fuel on return from Oshkosh. Great service, good fuel prices, good runways and Clayton had sandwiches waiting for us. What more could you ask for? I'll add GBD to my favorites list of stops in that area.

Long day of flying in a Bush Plane on our way to Alaska arrived at GBD at dark. We were immediately greeted and provided transportation and information for food and accommodations. After a great night's rest we arrived at the airport. They had pulled us out of the hangar and we were fueled and ready. I had mentioned we had a steering arm on our tailwheel that had broken. It being a Sunday and a holiday weekend finding a part would be out. The guys sprung into action and told me of an old one they would give me. They would not accept a dime. It is home in Alaska. Thanks for your support.

The weather was closing in fast so we decided just by chance to land here. What a great FBO! Crew car, pilot supplies, nice facilities, great food in town, and they got my plane in the hangar for the night. I HIGHLY recommend!

Extremely great service on 12/11 when I arrived before closing on a sub-freezing night with winds gusting to 32 knots. Clayton chocked my RV7A immediately, professionally fueled it in minutes, quickly pushed it into the BIG hangar, and sent me on my way with recommendations for hotel and food. A nice clean (warm!) FBO facility with good pilot shop and take-along food items, run by aviation enthusiasts that know small planes. Just as it should be. I'll go back, and I recommend them highly.
