I flew in to GJT for a quick fuel stop to top my tanks before flying over the pass to the east. The tower gave me simple instructions to the self-service pump and it was a very easy application for a quick turnaround. The price was reasonable and it was nice having the outhouse (very clean) so close. Good stop!

The operators at Aero Fuel self-service are very responsive to pilots, especially Betsy. She corresponded with my e-mail to let me know the price of the next batch of fuel as soon as they got it in before my planned visit. The equipment is the easiest to operate of any I've tried. Inputting your N number takes 2 seconds on their keypad and fueling is quick. There is an outhouse adjacent to the fuel stop. The other main FBO on the field is fantastic in terms of customer service, but if you want to save a few bucks if you are just in and out of the field, this self-serve 100LL station is the absolute way to go.

Really a great addition to GJT. Seems to have given West Star a shot across the bow, too... "Porta-potty"? Where? If you have trouble getting your credit/debit card authorized (I did on two stops, months apart), try using "Dollars" instead of "Gallons" and reduce the $$$ amount. It worked for me. PS: "Charles Day on 06-Jun-2006" must have the wrong place.... This is a self-serve island.

Stopped for fuel on our way to KRAP. Service was excellent from the line guys and girls to the young ladies in the office. Beautiful facilities since the renovation. We will stop again

Facility is at extreme east end of the field: last taxiway off of Alpha before Charlie. Has portapotty, but I didn't see any signs to lav with running water, but then again I saved roughly $100 filling my tanks there. I have the same beef I have with all self serve places: How about marking off every 10 feet from the edge of the tarmac to help those of us with longer wingspan to position ourselves close enough to the pumps. I had to restart and come back around again closer to reach the filler in my outboard wing...

Great service. The owners happened by while I was fueling and helped with everything. The facilities are brand new and easy to operate. Best self service I have used anywhere.
