Gooding (High Range Aviation) is a great fuel stop. We arrived in mid Aug 2012 on our way to Johnson Creek. This was not my first stop at Gooding as they have wonderful service and fair fuel prices. They set us up with their reasonable priced loaner car and lots of help. It’s always great to stop at a first class operation and these folks make the grade!!

My wife and I landed in Gooding this afternoon for food and fuel. We were headed back to Washington from Colorado in our Bonanza after a family reunion. Little did we know that we arrived right in the midst of an RV fly-in and breakfast. Not only was there a discount on the already reasonable fuel prices, but also Dale Thomas invited us to join them for a late breakfast. This is a great FBO that understands people and service. A tip of the hat to Dale and crew for making us feel like family. We will be back..

We landed at Gooding for weather on a flight from Washington to Florida. It was late in the afternoon and we ended up spending the night. The people from High Range Aviation were fantastic. Nice, clean, simple facility that I believe is open all the time. They offered up a crew car, recommendation on a local hotel and even put our Mooney in a hangar because of the possibility of hail. They wouldn't even take a dime for the hangar! Thanks very much for help guys! We'll be back next time we're passing through the area.

Nothing fancy but clean and cheap fuel prices. I had a problem with the self serve fuel pump and the help came right out to lend a hand. I'll be back.

We stopped here for a fuel/lunch stop. The fuel is cheap and a quick call to Dale gave us access to a crew car. They ask $5 plus .30/mile...Not exactly cheap compared to a typical crew car but it was fine to drive the 3 miles into town for lunch and back. They have clean facilities in a trailer with an "honor" system for cold drinks and snacks.
