This is a great stop...but there's no food (not even vending) on the field. I was also told that for avgas, the only way to get it is from the self-serve...but the price sure is right! Easy in and out...nice runway, apron. They lent me their "courtesy van" for a trip to Wabash for BBQ...nice folks here!

Simple, clean, and convenient. No weather reporting, but FBO provided the numbers via Unicom. Nice place for a quick stop.

We stopped here on this past Monday on the way from Wichita. The FBO is absolutely beautiful and clean. John treated us so well. We were given access to a crew car for the night and directed to some of THE BEST BBQ we have ever had - Wabash in Excelsior Springs. If you are looking for a great experience, this is the place to stop.

Stopped in here on a Saturday for an Angel Flight connection, and could not have asked for a better facility or service. They have everything a pilot could want, including a crew car and directions to great KC BBQ! I hit the self-serve fuel for a great price before heading home.

Spent Memorial Day weekend with Midwest National, a great stop. John fueled the self-serve for us, and tucked the plane gently into the hangar with some weather on the horizon. Friendly service, nice, new, clean facility, looking forward to coming back!

Stopped for fuel with my family. We were given a friendly reception and professional service of the aircraft. The aiport is well suited to quick arrival and departure. Definately reccommend these folks. King Air E90.

Stopped for fuel on the way from California to Baltimore. Nice clean facility and service is impeccable - we were in and out in short order with the best fuel price in the country. No courtesy car (one was out and one in the shop), so we couldn't get into town for food, but we knew that was the case from calling the day before, so we were prepared. Absolutely impeccable service!

What a fantastic FBO!!!! Called ahead to find out when the FBO closed. Spoke to John who was so courteous. We were scheduled to arrive at 10pm for a quick turn. He offered to make sure that he or someone would be there to service the airplane (Citation Excel) We arrived, the fuel truck was front and center and a crew car had been started up and getting warm. (It was close to 0 degrees) Drove quickly into town (thanks to the printed directions that John provided) grabbed fast food for 9 people and headed back. Plane was fueled and we were airborne 31 minutes after we arrived. I have been to a lot of places in this great country and have sampled great service (and poor service) from many FBO's, but this place is unbelievable!! We chose it for the FANTASTIC fuel price, but from now on it will be our stop going to and coming from the east coast. Thanks to everyone at Midwest Regional from the crew of N705SG!!!!

This is such a wonderful new stop for us. Nice new clean facilities with plenty of staff. Self serve or it is clear they will simply come out if needed. The washrooms are new and clean and everyone kept asking if we needed ice, coffee etc. This is big city service with small county airport pricing. Staff told me this facility is more than a year old and they are trying hard to get the transcontinental traffic. There are plenty of rooms for planning, snoozing, eating or meeting. I can't see how anyone would not be happy especially with the pricing. Advertised at 3.19 for Jet when I stopped but I paid well under $3 so thanks a bunch. We'll stop here as frequently as possible.

The line staff went above and beyond for our aircraft and crew. We stayed at the historic Elms Resort four miles from the airport and ate at the Wabash BarBQ joint across the street from the hotel, both very good! Fuel prices were the best we've seen nationwide (3.99 JET A) and the line staff was exemplary! The perfect Midwest fuel stop! Signature should take a lesson from these guys.....

Landed on Sep 25 and left on Sep 27. When we arrived, there was a mix-up with the rental car; Colin (I think that's his name) got on the phone and cleared the problem in about thirty seconds. When we left on Saturday, John was there and was very friendly and helpful. Plus, gas was incredibly cheap. This is a great FBO with friendly people.

There are not enough positive adjectives to describe the incredible experience we had at KGPH! On the way north we stopped. In addition to low fuel prices, Mark was intent that we would be made to feel welcome and comfortable and that we would lack for nothing while we were there. He made sure we knew where everything was that we needed. The facility was very nice, clean, neat and well appointed. We could choose between WSI and the internet for flight planning, at no charge. On the way back home we met John. He knew before we taxied up where we had been and how hard the flight had been. He absolutely went out of his way to take care of us and help us relax after 4 hours of fighting headwinds. This service is miles above and beyond any I have ever experienced at any FBO. And we were not a jet. Just a 30 plus year old piston single. My wife and I were pleasantly stunned.

Awesome place to stop for fuel and a great alternative for MCI or MKC when in Kansas City. There service was great and the Fuel Price was so CHEAP! Even cheaper than the negotiated price at our home airport. Take few extra gas cans when you go.

Stopped in to refuel on Easter morning. Great service. Cheap price for fuel. Good runway and taxiways. Friendly people. Back in air in 15 minutes with 200 gals. Would return happily.

Came in to GPH on Thanksgiving day. John, the manager was extremely helpful and friendly. The facility was great with everything you'd need, even a pool table. Definitely a great place to stop that I will use again and again.

Nice building which is open 24 hours, gas pumps are self-serve, nice maintained runway, FBO is equipped with "extras" should you need a place to stop due to bad weather! Very friendly staff, courtesy car available upon request, great place to stop in Midwest!

Brought the boss and his family into GPH with the company Citation. Nice clean terminal, shower, WSI and internet, even a pool table. Great fuel price, easy in and out. John the weekend manager couldn't have been more helpful. Exactly the type of small town airport and FBO that needs to be supported.

Arrived on an Angel Flight mission Memorial Day to pick up folks on their way to the Mayo Clinic. Fuel price is hard to beat and my passengers were able to relax in a very nice waiting area; complete with pool table! Plan on stopping here and you won't be disappointed.

No heated hangar available for my stopover, but a local allowed me to use his extension cord so that I could get an earlier departure. This is the 1st time I'd been back here in over a year & the new terminal is nicely equipped with showers & snooze room. I'll be back more frequently (but I'll bring an extension cord for my pre-heat).
