I called ahead to get help with my rental car and the CSR took care of EVERYTHING! She wouldn't allow me to do anything other than say "Thank you"! When I arrived the line personnel quickly unloaded our entire luggage and helped my pax disembark. They gave my a/c's interior a quick cleaning and vacuum! Then, before I could get inside the building, my rental car was pulled up and loaded for me. All I had to do was drive away! Excellent customer service! The BEST I have ever seen and I fly 575 - 700 hours per year! We'll be back!

I stopped today with my twin to drop a passenger. Line service was friendly and helpful and facility was nice. Fuel price was fair and there was no fee with a top off.

Citation II flight crew from Wisconsin. Spent the day at the FBO as our passengers did business in town. Facilities were being remodeled, but still accommodated our needs nicely. Pilots lounge is on the north side of the hangar, up a set of stairs. Lounge is very spacious and comfortable. Wireless Internet was marginal, but the air conditioning was top-notch. Line techs got too busy (with other jets) when it was time for us to leave, so we had to verify that our wheel chocks were removed (while loading baggage and passengers) and weave around two other airplanes on the ramp without their guidance on the wings. Overall good experience... Friendly customer service with a slick, ID badge / access proxy card system. Thanks!

We landed our twin at GRR and made the mistake of going to Northern Air rather than Rapid Air. They charged us $42 landing fee for a piston twin, there were three girls of whom two were so rude and stuck on themselves that my passengers and I were amazed. We will not return to Northern Air again.

I flew my C177 into GRR last week and wound up at Northern Air. They said the ramp fee was $20, but was waived if I bought fuel, which I did. They loaned me a nice crew car. The staff was very friendly and Kim went out of the way to help me find my destination in Grand Rapids.

Excellent friendly service. Line guys are fast and friendly. They are raffling off a Harley! Kim was especially helpful CSR. I will make them my FBO of choice every visit.
