From the moment we taxied in, we were greeted on Unicom by FBO staff. It was cold and windy, we were fueled promptly, and when we needed to turn the aircraft around and plug it in, staff assisted without hesitation. Should my travels bring me back to the area, I will surely stop in to say hi at KGSH

I stopped in for the weekend and was promptly greeted with a fuel truck and tie down ropes. The service is outstanding and the staff is always friendly. The airport and pilots lounge are in excellent shape.

Stopped for overnight and fuel for my Archer. Service was top-notch and the new facilities are beautiful. I chose the stop because there was a Super-8 near the airport. Ground transportation was not easy. No crew cars, and no taxi on Sundays. Offered car rental for fifty bucks. Since I happened to have it I got out my folding bike and pedaled the 2.5 miles to the Super-8.

Flew in on a Sunday morning to visit a business partner. Line guy asked me if I needed fuel. I said no I was good on fuel. Nothing further said. Upon departure, guy hits me up for a $90 (small TP) "Landing Fee" -- Big surprise. This is NOT published anywhere I could find. Fee would be waived upon buying 90 gallons of very expensive (for the day) JET A. Verified via telephone the fee a week later. BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES -- Next trip up to the area I will make another (better) choice.
