Very nice FBO. Not the largest ramp, but adequate. Everyone I have run into is very friendly and willing to help out. Our quick turn (200 gallons) was done very quick indeed; and we were not the only ones needing fuel at the time (several base/overnight planes where being fueled as well). Only downside with the FBO is the 2-mile taxi back to the end of the runway (if you can, ask for an intersection departure)!

Great FBO, excellent service, and top-notch facilities! However, for the sake of AirNav users (that's the point, isn't it?), I must reiterate Mr. Nowlin's previous comments. If you break down here, get ready to shell out big bucks. The maintenance department does excellent work, and they took extremely good care of my airplane. But with hangars full of Bizjets, Atlantic Aero is used to customers for whom money is no object. I left with a well-repaired airplane and an astronomical repair bill.

Very professional FBO, but they seem very comfortable with visits from general aviation. Lineman greeted us and marshaled us to parking. Courtesy car sometimes available for short drives, but make sure to get good directions: most maps of airport area roads are out of date because of constantly changing construction related to the new runway at GSO. Nice chart selection.

Flew into GSO on Oct 24th and taxied to Atlantic Aero. A friendly line guy parked us immediately and asked if we needed anything. The girls behind the counter were great too. We'll definitely be back.

Very nice staff, always greet you with a smile! Great service from the line crew, prompt and friendly! However, I don't recommend the maint. Dept... Have you EVER been to a place that charges you by the hour even if they are on a break? I was told this IS their policy per federal law, when I disputed the billing (shouldn't have to pay for someones break time and other things; too long to put on this post) they reduced the charges, but told me to take my business elsewhere in the future... It's not that they do "bad work" it's the lack of care for the customer; they are use to companies that go their with DEEP pockets.

Great Service with friendly folks that can give good driving directions. Gas was priced as advertised at $5.29 waiving first night tie-down.

Nice folks at Atlantic Aero. Fuel truck was at the airplane before I had it chocked. Bought 20 gallons of 100LL. Wasn't charged any ramp or landing fee. Easy in, easy out.

RON at Atlantic Aero. Great people. Treated me like I was in a jet instead of a C182. When leaving the next day, aircraft would not start. They had two mechanics look at the aircraft, bang on the starter solenoid and got me started. They refused money and all this on a Saturday. What more could you ask. I will be back.

Stopped by February 21, 2006 to pick up some family members. First class operation. Borrowed the new crew car to pick up the family. Would highly recommend. No landing or ramp fee with fuel.

Even though the fuel, hangar and service rates are much higher than Piedmont's the customer service makes us come back. But to be fair we use both FBO's on the field.
