Rita phoned an apology in response to the email complaint I sent Stevens regarding the $35 ramp fee I was charged. My credit card was credited and she faxed me the receipt. Thanks Rita.

Landed at GSP returning from a business trip to RDU to drop of a passenger 6-20-09. I made the mistake to use their men's room and was charged a $35 ramp fee. I thought it was strange there were hardly any GA aircraft on the ramp, now I understand. RDU had $10 fee that I found reasonable and didn't object to at all. But $35 is gouging. STAY AWAY!!!! I will be sure to.

I bought $120.00 worth of gas and stayed overnight, just to find out that they added an "overnight fee" of $30.00; I fly frequently into the area. Next time I will go to KSPA.

I bought over $170 in fuel from Stevens Aviation. They added an "Overnight Fee" of another $50. Ouch!

We were flying from KAVL to Florida on 4th of July weekend, had to turn back due to a line of thunder storms we could not get through just south of Greer, GA. Out of the three possible airports to stop and wait it out we chose GSP...Hind sight dictates we should have gone to Greer Down Town Airport...Stevens is the only FBO on the field and are located in a Doublewide Trailer...The personnel were very friendly and courteous...The fuel price after the flowage fee, Misc. Tax, Sales Tax, and FET Tax came to $6.67 per gallon..."OUCH!"...Sign of the times, I'm sure, But with just a few miles of extra flying, you can find fuel for 60 cents less and a FBO that’s not a cramped Double Wide, also Greer Downtown has several restaurants and lots of "stuff" around it if you windup staying for awhile...

My student and I visited Stevens on Saturday, December 8, 2007. We were on a training flight from our home airport of Wilgrove (8A6), in a Cherokee. Even before we entered the ramp area, there were several Stevens personnel waiting to assist us. Very professional. Ashley kindly escorted us into the FBO, showed us around, and made us feel very welcome. Inside the office, Hannah was equally pleasant and friendly. The smiles and friendly personalities of Ashley and Hannah made all the difference in making a short visit a very enjoyable one! I was told the current facility is a temporary one, but it is quite homey with coffee, cookies, a pilot planning room, and a pleasant atmosphere. Ashley waived the ramp fee, probably because we were only there a few minutes. It made me wish I actually needed fuel so I could buy some! I'll definitely visit here again!

Flew in to take the wife to the terminal for a commercial flight. Very polite line staff, friendly folks at the desk, and we were given a ride to the terminal and back after my wife left. Fantastic service.

I've landed at GSP about 3-4 times in the last 1.5 years. I've always had great service and crew car access to grab a bite to eat with no hint of landing fees for my SEL aircraft. Last time, however, (Sunday 3/4/07) had impeccable service and used crew car, but upon returning, I was asked to pay a $25 landing fee. No fuel requested nor asked if waived with purchase. But at about $4.30 a gallon I might be hard pressed to do so. Once I said that I'd been there 3 to 4 times with no fee (which was the truth), they said not to worry. I.e.. No fee. Am awaiting potential bill in the mail!! Counter gals were great. If I get a bill, I'll call them.

Be aware there is a ramp fee at Stevens. I was charged $10 for approx. one hour parking of my single engine plane on the ramp waiting for passengers. Could not take on fuel for the load I needed to carry, so did not inquire if waived with fuel purchase.
