Got stung! AirNav showed $3.68/gal. on Aug 27, 2010. Headed for Minden...I landed to top off. Set up ladder/hose/ground wire. Looked for card swipe...No such technology exists here. Nobody on airport. Door to office was open. Called the 800 number expecting to get someone in India. Was told that Roger was at lunch and nobody knew his cell phone number.... (How could that be?) Apparently there is a "command center" somewhere who calls out help when you land and call for service. Be prepared to wait. Was asked if I was "in a hurry". A very nice girl showed up and was able to start the pump...$4.32 cash or check price...More for CC. After pumping and paying, she left and locked the door to the office so I had no bathroom. Not interested in customer service here. Not on my Be Back list.
