Everyone from the linemen, to the front desk, to the management provided 13 flyers and their planes superb service Thursday through Saturday during a flying training clinic. The staff made hotel reservations, arranged for rental cars, were exceptionally friendly/helpful, and then fueled our planes immediately upon request, moved 13 planes into the hangar when storms approached, and then moved them back out when we needed to fly. You can't get better, friendlier service anywhere.

04/20/2013 it was 9:00 pm when we were preparing to depart. We had been visiting family after attending a funeral service in Sherman. Our Saratoga had a dead battery. We made a visit to the Jet Center and found Michael. He was about to leave for the night, but stayed with us until he was able to get us cranked and on our way. Thanks Michael. You were a real blessing.

I had an excellent experience this afternoon at Lake Texoma Jet Center. The courtesy car was unavailable and Michael drove us in his personal vehicle to the store. The refreshment was just what we needed after a long flight, and I'd like to thank Michael for going above and beyond!

My experience at Texoma Jet Center was awesome! The line service was out front of the hangar waiting on us when we taxied in and they promptly chalked the airplane. We walked in the lobby and the very kind ladies at the front desk gave us the crew car so my passenger could make his meeting. The hospitality was great while I waited on my passenger! When I was taxing our Duchess out for takeoff, I got a flat nose tire but the line service was quick to get us off the taxiway! My passenger needed to get back home and the front desk lady busted her tail in getting him a rental car so he would be able to make the last commercial flight back home! He was able to catch the airline flight and the ladies also helped me get hotel reservations. The maintenance department dropped what they were doing first thing the next morning and repaired my blown nose tire. While waiting for my tire to be repaired, the ladies working the front desk were very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend TJC!

I'm a flight operations specialist for an excellent charter company where details and confirming those details are extremely crucial. After-hours at airports and FBOs can be a difficult and undependable process. Mike and Janna at Lake Texoma Jet Center were very professional during our 0330 - 0530 arrival & departure arrangement. Many times trying to call that early in the morning, it's difficult to get a hold of anybody. 2 rings and Mike answered the phone with energy, with everything ready for our arrival and passenger pickup. Kudos Lake Texoma Jet Center!! That's how it's done.

Mike Sanders helped us.. We fly a Hawker 800XP and didn't really need any fuel.. But based on his professionalism and helpfulness.. We bought 700+ gallons to show our appreciation.. There is a huge difference in the way a crew is treated and helped between FBO's... these guys are not light weights.. They know what you need and help you out without driving you crazy.. I wish every place was like this!

I arrived at Lake Texoma Jet Center for the first time and my experience was nothing less than excellent. From the time I shut the engine down to the time I taxied out the staff operated with true professionalism. I want to point out that Michael and Pete operate at the highest standard and can handle any task set before them. I look forward to my next visit.

Stopped in on Sunday Jan 13th. Place was deserted although it did have cheap fuel at $4.33. The restaurant on the field is closed on Sundays.

Had to organize late OPS and Q/T fuel for our Citation last minute due to WX and Michael with FBO was excellent help! He had the Pax transportation and fuel truck ready to go upon arrival. As I am in Flight OPS I wasn't personally there but our crew said they greatly appreciated the great service and I especially did as well on behalf of our entire Operations. Great Job!

Well run FBO with good fuel prices and helpful staff. Hanger at $20 a night is reasonable, although it does not seem like people tie down overnight here anyway. Maybe it's the heat, but it sure is nice to load the airplane inside the hangar where it was cooler. (It was 90-100 degrees when we were here.) Cookies, and being nice to my two young kids was a nice extra touch. We will be back again!

I come to GYI frequently to visit my parents and have always had positive experiences with the FBO. They even hangared my RV-7A at no charge when severe weather came during one of my visits. If staying overnight, I would recommend parking on the ramp near the FBO or better yet putting your aircraft in their hangar. On a visit earlier this year, since I didn't need fuel, I parked in front of the terminal and the next morning 5 gallons of fuel was missing from my right wing tank.

This is a beautiful airport with a 9, 000 ft long runway and fairly low Avgas prices. Lake Texoma Jet Center is simply an EXCELENT FBO. They have very comfortable accommodations, pilot lounge, restrooms, etc. They offered us freshly baked cookies, coffee and cold water. And the very best: how friendly and helpful its personnel are. We needed a mechanic to take a look at our plane and they called their A&P right away. He showed up in, like 20 minutes, no matter it was already after hours. The personnel got the parts we needed overnight, all the way from Florida and Kansas, so we could continue our flight to Oshkosh the next day. Great experience!

These folks do a really nice job. Their fuel prices are usually unbeatable and they provide ground transportation even in their personal car when the crew car is booked. The ramp crew is knowledgeable and considerate.

Great service, single point refuel for my Embraer Phenom 300 only took ten minutes, they were standing at my airplane ready to fuel before I could open my door! Also great fuel prices and a very long runway for safety! Wayne Gorsek

I diverted to GYI due to nasty weather at my destination. Even with no reservations, Lake Texoma Jet Center met and exceeded ALL for our needs at a great price. Great people and great service. Easily the best FBO I've been too. I plan on going to LTJC next time I'm in the area.

Amazing low wholesale Jet A fuel price of $3.99 with full service! Great runway/FBO and control tower! I wish this airport/FBO was the standard for all in the USA versus those rip off scumbags charging $5 - 8 per gallon for Jet A!!

I searched AirBoss for fuel prices on an x country stop. I believe I talked to Laurel, she worked out a crew car for us to go for food even after she had gone home for the day. Quick gas and go worked out great, Wonderful Experience.

I had arranged to use the airport car to get to a hotel overnight but due to stronger than expected headwinds, I arrived after the Jet Center closed. I called the after-hours number. Paul Ferroni quickly and graciously drove out to help. In the morning, he and the rest of the staff did everything possible to help me get on my way. Paul offered ideas on the best route west, and the places to stop for fuel. He invited me to call his cell phone if I needed further assistance after I left. He even called me later in the day to check on my progress. Some of the best service I have ever received anywhere.

Stopped to use their new self-service 100LL pumps today. The pump is great, excellent control of fuel flow and the price is very competitive. Also, the Area 51 burger grill is OUTSTANDING! I plan to use their self-service pump exclusively.
