While I see all excellent reviews for Dulles Aviation line service, I'd like to point out excellent service from their parts department. Donna is very helpful and resourceful at finding just what you need parts-wise. Thanks Donna!

Called Sabrina the night before to set up a rental car; with a 10 minute heads up on AirInc, the vehicle was pulled to our plane before our passenger was out. Great service all around. Wifi, pilot lounge (couches TV and also a snooze room) and crew cars ($10 for two hours). Highly recommend Chuck Wagon restaurant just down the road. Great work Dulles!

We arrived at KHEF on 11/03/2011. We were greeted by a friendly line crew. We had heard about the superior service at Dulles and were especially pleased with the service Sabrina provided. She was definitely one of the most informative and knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives we have ever come in contact with, even going so far as to personally visit our hotel prior to our arrival to make sure it was up to her standards! Highly recommend and will return.

Excellent FBO service, line crew very professional, Sabrina the customer service representative had our car & hotel reservations and detailed information of restaurants in the area ready to go, no waiting. She seems to love her job. Thank you Dulles Aviation, we'll return.

Landed with an Angel Flight passenger on a Sunday 8/21. Service was great, met me at the plane and fueled the plane right away. The line guy and the ladies at the desk were all great and even gave me a fuel discount for the Angel Flight. I would go back anytime. I did have an unfriendly ground controller but that isn't Dulles' fault it is the FAA's fault. Be prepared to fly the DP on the way out if you land here.

We park here several times a year when we visit family in DC. These folks have always treated us very well, and have gone out of their way to help us with maintenance issues.

After many trips to the DC area... Dulles Aviation is one of the best in the business and the best in the area. They've waited for my late arrivals, spacious facility with all the stuff you need, great team of people on the line and behind the desk. And particularly with their reasonable fuel prices (for the area!), I have found no better choice.

Due to snowstorm KIAD was closed to GA aircraft. We diverted to Dulles Aviation at KHEF and couldn't have been happier. We were greeted by friendly line staff that was very helpful and friendly. Once inside, Sabrina, was more than helpful and went out of her way to help us with ground transportation and hotels. This turned out to be a truly pleasant experience and we will definitely use Dulles Aviation again.

Great service. Arrived with 5 pax attending church service for close friends son killed in Afghanistan on Dec 15, 2010. Line service carried all bags, escorted passengers to awaiting rental car and offered assistance to all pax. Total professionalism. Thank you!

The FBO and line people are great. I would warn anyone not to use the maintenance shop here though. Incorrectly installed an alternator, left it loose. A. Could have killed me, B. No interest in refunding my money for the work. I will not be going back.

The Manassas airport gives us quick and easy access to the DC area. Dulles Aviation makes the trip a pleasure. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and go the extra mile to take care of their customers. We are always professionally marshalled in and out and rental cars are waiting ramp side. All services come with a smile and a thank you. Clearly this is the best stop in Washington.

Got a call from them that my ELT was going off. They took care of it, did not charge me an arm and leg and were generally very helpful. They always remember me when I come by. They have my rental car next to Seneca as I shut down. Prices are reasonable but most of all, they are friendly. Enjoy the facilities. I-66 is easily accessible; DC in 45 min

Stayed for 4 days over Labor Day weekend. Great price on fuel. 7 dollars overnight. First day free with fuel purchase. They were very helpful and attentive to my needs and I will definitely go back. Great service and price for the single engine guys.

I'm based at CJR so I don't have much need to come here, but every time I do I'm a happy camper. Filled my O2 while I waited, good selection of charts and other accessories.

As a corporate flight dept we switched from IAD / Dulles Airport a couple years back. We are HUGE HEF / Manassas fans, and our FBO of choice is Dulles Aviation at HEF. The folks there make all the difference in the world. Older facility, functional not fancy = great prices and the service cannot be beat!

We visit HEF three or four times a year and have always been treated very well. Our visit last week set a new standard: we developed electrical problems, and Charlie and his crew went out of their way to fix the problems and get us back in the air. These folks are aces with us!

We used Dulles Aviation last weekend and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rental car needs mechanical work. There is a parking fee after the first free night with fuel purchase. The trains to DC from Manassas do not run on weekends. Cab fare to the nearest train is $50.00 +. Dulles Aviation is a busy place with student pilot training and business traffic. I agree, know the SIDS and STARS before attempting to fly in the Washington DC SFRA; we were assigned an arrival and a departure.

Stopped by this past week and am impressed with the service and reasonable fuel cost. This airport is convenient for DC business trips, too. Know the aresnl2 departure before you leave.
