Stopped at Aero Jackson in a C172 for 10 gallons of fuel and a restroom break. Staff treated us like we bought 500 gallons. Service was quick and courteous. Thanks.

Was coming in after hours, so I called ahead and the woman who answered the phone hooked us up with a rental car (including putting the keys out for us) and a hotel, and by the time we got back to the airport the next morning, they had fueled us and we were ready to go. Reasonable prices, too, and very friendly. We will definitely be back.

In late last night, after hours, with our Turbo Commander N900NE. Rent car brought to us planeside, friendly staff throughout. Nice lobby for pax and crew. Quiet crew lounge area. Good Jet A price. Everything 'just right'. Thanks folks. Well done.

Landed at Hawkins field twice this month and had excellent service from Aero Jackson both times. Had a minor maintenance issue on the first trip and they handled it quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Thanks to everyone for their assistance during my recent visit. Rental car was at the ready with the A/C cooling it down, lineman was quick to assist in parking as well as seeing what assistance I required. Great personnel in the control tower as well.

Flew in for a fuel stop and lunch enroute to Lawton, Oklahoma. Service was top notch, refuel quick and efficient, CSR friendly while dealing with 3 sets of aircrews. Crew car for the jump into Jackson at no charge. Ate at "Char's", great local eatery. Our third enroute stop using KHKS and Aero - will continue to do so.

Did an overnight at Aero Jackson on September 6 on my flight from Wichita to Leesburg FL in my C182. Mark and staff at Aero were very quick to refuel plane and get me a hotel with van service. Hilton in Jackson...Excellent hotel, business center, food and van service. Aero Jackson is a very clean, friendly, professional FBO.

On June 21st, my family and I made a fuel stop at the Aero Jackson FBO (KHKS) while traveling to Destin, FL (KDTS). I miscalculated the amount of fuel I would need in each tank causing that day’s manager - Mark - to top off the right tank. Because we were traveling heavy, I was not able to carry more than 1400 lbs. of fuel. Mark was very patient and took the time to siphon fuel out of the right tank and transfer it to the left tank using 5 gallon buckets. Afterward, Mark added about 10 more gallons to the left tank, and we were on our way. I really appreciate the effort Mark put forth to help us. He was very professional. I highly recommend Aero Jackson. Especially for pilots like me who seem to have trouble calculating their fuel needs. :-)

Stopped in at Jackson Aero on 2-16-09. Karina was very helpful and got us on our way with a rental car. Their fuel price was the lowest on this trip. I sure appreciate FBO's and airports that don't try to rip you off on fuel prices and ramp fees. I will be back. Thanks Karina!

Had a great stop at Aero Jackson yesterday. Super low prices, nice lounge, and quick service. Took a crew car to lunch. Staff helpful with hotel recommendations, but my plans changed and I didn't need it.
