I stopped by shortly on 4/21/08. Someone greeted me right as I stepped out of the plane (a 172). Very friendly staff would visit again.

My family and I stopped at this airport on our way home from Ocala, Fl. Due to some nasty storms coming through the area. The staff was very helpful. They put on fresh coffee for us, gave my kids coloring books and crayons to keep them busy and lent us their crew car to get lunch while we waited for the storms to pass. I would definitely stop here again. Thanks!

Stopped here for fuel and a rest room break on my way home from Asheville NC. What a great place, the staff was very hospitable. Fuel price was very much in line. I'll look forward to stopping the next time I'm in the area.

The fuel truck pump nozzle is in need of service. It takes two hands to start the flow of fuel and then nozzle will only dispense at the maximum flow rate. Neither the line person or myself could control it nor thus I was not able to get a full load fuel here. We gave up and no one cared. Also, the true price of fuel here is $4.43 due to hidden costs. I won't be back.

Landed here on a Saturday afternoon. A sign at the door stated that during weekend (Saturday after 1:00pm and all day Sunday) fuel would be made available with a $35 surcharge and a number was provided to call for the same. Tie-downs are free and well maintained. There were about 4 or 5 slots. The next day I got fuel and the person (Josh) waived off the service fee since he was there already!!! Needless to say, he was very helpful (got me a compressor and some rag!). Field is in great condition with a VOR on field.

WX diverted me in to this nice little airport on my way from Louisiana to Niagara Falls. Great service and loaned me crew car for lunch. I would recommend for fuel, pit or food stop.

Responsive service and nice older facility. Fuel prices are too high to attract the little guy.

Visited 5/19/2006. Friendly helpful staff. Loaned us a crew car to visit local restaurant in Dale Indiana. Nice folks and great little FBO.
