Worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Asked line to top the plane, a Beechcraft Premier, and he asked where the single point was. Told him it was over the wing as the airplane was not equipped with single point. He walked out the door loudly complaining "top off over the wing, are you kidding me." Needless to say I will avoid Signature HPN if at all possible in the future.

Arrived on Saturday, Labor Day weekend at 4:00 PM in a Cessna Cardinal. The Signature Ramp was empty. Had to call on 132.0 to get parking instructions. Staff was courteous and called a taxi for me. Placed a fuel order and returned on Monday. Had used Signature before because they are open 24 hours. All the other FBO's close at 10PM and have call out fees. I received my bill, the lady behind the counter stated that she had waived the $31.00 handling fee. Thanked her and after reviewing my bill was shocked by the price for parking, $144.00 for a 1 1/2 days! Fuel cost is also the highest of all the FBO's. I will no longer use Signature and will go back to using Panorama where the fees are much more in-line with the industry and pay the extra fees if I need after hour service. It is apparent that Signature does not want SE owner flown aircraft on their ramp and implements such fees to discourage SE owners from using them. Lesson learned. I will avoid all Signature FBO's from now on!

No body came out to park us so we parked on the NetJet ramp where two linemen were. Soon as we started to park, the two men shook their heads indicating we were at the wrong location. Made a phone call to Signature after shutting down and they said they could not tow us to the main ramp. Pulling up on the main ramp we see two linemen on opposite sides of the ramp with their arms down showing no signaling instructions. The F/O and I could not determine whom to pull up to, so we made a guess. The lineman parked us so close to a Mooney that I was not comfortable completing the turn without a wing walker (which at most FBO's is standard). After shutting down engines one of the linemen came up to me demanding I restart and park the plane where instructed. I tell him I was not comfortable without a wing walker. The same person called us liars stating we only called them on 132.00 upon reaching the ramp the second time. CVR playback proved otherwise. Air conditioning was broken too.
