I stopped at Gulf Aviation in my Bonanza for a business meeting in Harlingen. They were incredibly accommodating. The staff attended to my every need, and was very helpful. Rudy, Sarah, Esmeralda, Justin, and Sal made enough of an impression that I noted there names to call out their excellent customer service. Gulf Avionics next door was also very helpful in trouble shooting an encoder issue ATC was barking at me about... They checked it out an didn't even charge me for their time. All in all it was an excellent experience, and I only wish more FBO's would treat a little guy like me so well. A++ Thanks for everything, and I look forward to going back again soon! All they need is to get on board with AirBoss, and they'd have it all!

I have been a customer with Gulf Aviation for many years. I know Mr. David Garza and His staff very well. I have always been serviced 100% SUPERIOR. The staff and management along with maintenance have taken care of my plane and my needs with friendly care and concern. I would not even think about using any other airport, but would probably move my regular business elsewhere if David and his staff are not at Gulf Aviation.... Sincerely

I flew in to Gulf Aviation to pick up my friend. The service was great. Out of seven airports I stopped at that day, they had the best service of all.

On 5/9, I ferried an Ercoupe 415 in from Louisiana (Long Flight) with another Cessna. As soon as I taxied up, I had several lineman and the Ops. Manager come out to greet me. Everyone was very friendly and very accommodating. Service was fast and the facilities were in top shape. I have to say that if I were in the area again I would definitely come back to Gulf Aviation.

I flew in there yesterday and there were no problems whatsoever. The facilities are clean, modern, and helpful. I will tell you to stay away from "SeaBreeze I and II" Condos if you’re going to South Padre Island. Parked in the wrong slot and they (Management) had my car towed. Went there to take the wife and kids away for one night, woke up and thought my car had been stolen! What a rush! Oh we're so sorry "you forgot to put your parking pass in the car window" Off-Season too!! But the folks at Gulf..... Great!!

Took my recent first cross-country with my wife down to Harlingen. After hearing all of the negative comments about Gulf Aviation, you would be hard pressed to find them true on this trip. I received plenty of help and nice professional service for a general aviation man. The linemen were prompt and courteous, they even helped me tie and untie my plane every time I took off. Again great service and a pleasant first cross country experience; I would recommend Gulf to everyone traveling to the valley for any reason!

Not what I expected for a Texas airport. There wasn't really anyone there to help us, service at its best was average. The lady at the front desk was friendly however. Close to the border makes for an alright stop however I would go elsewhere when given the option.

After reading the reviews I expected poor service, BUT it was EXCELLENT. They met us at the plane and went to get a cart to help Kathryn with all her Christmas Presents. I had radio problems and they move my AC to the avionics shop and back. Thanks PS Don at the avionics shop is excellent and prompt. See everyone soon.

This is the worst FBO in the country that I have been to. The staff is unfriendly and the lineman have no idea how to do anything. The all rely on the line shift supervisor for his expertise and he is the most unfriendly person there. Probably because nobody knows anything. The girl behind the counter on the night shift isn't working on all cylinders either. The girl during the day is on the ball though. If had a choice I would visit another FBO. I asked the lineman when they sumped the jet fuel and he said he has never sumped it and doesn't know how.
