Spent the weekend at Houma Jet Center with our Merlin. Lanny the line attendant gave us FIRST CLASS service. He was quick to provide fuel, Ice, Coffee and a GPU. It's refreshing to see what excellent customer service looks like at an FBO. I've been to Houma jet Center before, but we have never received such sterling service from the previous line guys! Houma Jet Center will always be our first choice on our routine trips to eat some good seafood! Many thanks!

Awesome friendly place to stop. Was just recently at the Houma Jet Center got held up by customs and Missy at the front desk went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of including baking some cookies for the passengers, could not have asked for better service from her. We will continue to definitely make this a stop whenever we can. Awesome fuel prices too!! Thanks again Missy.

Some FBO's with the word "jet" in their name can be intimidating to us piston-poppers. Not so with Houma Jet. They were fantastic no matter what you fly. Highly recommend.

Nice facility. Lots of snacks and creature comforts. Good contract price with UVAir. They get 4 stars because of the above and because the lineman was friendly. I must say, however, that my fuel stop took an hour to complete. The poor lineman was solo and had two aircraft hit him at once. He didn't dawdle by any means. But it took an hour, and I'm 90% sure he failed to ground my airplane while fueling. I only noticed this at the very end and if I'd been 100% sure, I would have said something to him and posted a lower rating.

Called on frequency at 7:10 PM and said I'd be landing in 40 minutes. Sure enough, Trey was there waiting when I pulled up. He casually mentioned that they usually closed at 7:30, but he stuck around so I wouldn't get charged any extra fees. Facility was really nice, free diet cokes, wifi, clean and very well maintained. 5 stars and a big thumbs up to Trey for excellent service!
