Great experience all around. FBO was clean, modern and very friendly. They moved my plane prior to departure so that I wouldn't need to walk through puddles. Top notch crew and staff, efficient and professional. Also, first time visitors get introductory fuel and parking rates, couldn't ask for more.

We visited Meridian Hayward twice this week in our Citation and again found the service here to be excellent all around. CSR Jenny helped us with rental car arrangements for the pax leading up to our arrival, and the line guys were right there with quick turn fueling. Fuel prices were competitive, and with our CAA membership, a nice savings was available on fuel. We had a few hours here, and Jenny made sure to make a crew car available for a lunch run. Everyone at Meridian Hayward went the extra mile to be sure our needs were met...We will definitely return!

We have been using Meridian Hayward to access the bay area for the past 18 months, with countless visits at this point. The staff, accommodations, and pricing here is truly second to none. I've been operating 91/135 for over a decade, and have seen a multitude of FBOs. It takes pride and commitment in order to have a facility where every aspect comes together in a seamless operation, which is exactly what you get here. Congratulations to the entire staff for their hard work and dedication to excellence. We look forward to seeing you many more times in the future.

Folks.... This is the one and only place in the Bay Area to visit for a quick turn and go. People are great, especially Jenny, was the best yet. I would recommend Meridian for all aircraft. Take my word with 61 years with FBO's.

There are not enough words to describe the amazing Meridian team at KHWD. I had to make an emergency trip home to deal with a family health issue - unplanned and tricky weather. The team was waiting for me at midnight to put the plane away, and had a crew car to allow me to get home, as there is no Uber anywhere close. The service, care and concern are the absolute best. Thanks Carlos, Jenny, Angie, Caesar, Sam and the entire line team. Oh by the way, having the Textron MSU based at the FBO - huge added bonus.

Popped into Meridian mid-June in our Baron for some business in the East Bay. Perfect and friendly service, they arranged our rental car for a fair price during an epic car shortage, and tended to our every need. Highly recommended! Thanks guys!
