First class. Flew in for a meeting. Car was freshly washed and waiting. Easy tie down. Staff exceptionally helpful, courteous and professional. Very clean professional facilities. Will be coming back.

Arrived for a funeral at Calverton. I called ahead for the crew car and it was there as promised. Plane was fueled as requested upon my return. Scott and his crew were helpful on arrival and willing to do whatever they could to meet my needs. Highly recommend stopping in and supporting this FBO. Flew from 39N to Brookhaven to pick up a new puppy. First trip ever to Brookhaven. They responded to my email questions when I was doing flight planning. Staff at NE Airpark responded to my radio call when I landed the first time I called. Taxied me to the fueling spot and set me up in the Pilot Lounge. They even enjoyed playing with the pup. Fantastic service.

I have flown all over the U.S. for many years and had some very good experiences with FBO's and there services but North East Air Park beats them all. From Chris, Scotty, Eric, Eddie and Jacob they were professional, courteous, helpful and really friendly. They made us feel like we were part of the family. I am looking forward to returning to N.Y. and hangaring with these wonderful people again. Don't even think about going to any other airport or FBO. Keep up the great work guys, you are the best.

I wound up hangaring my Cirrus at Northeast Airpark for 4 months. What a GREAT CHOICE!!! After comparing FRG ISP and HWV ... Northeast had the best available! The hangar was just the beginning, though...Scotty, Eric and Chris take care of you with the utmost care. Best service in the northeast is at Northeast Airpark! Thanks Guys ... I will be back!

Arrived on Sept 6th for afternoon of shopping at Tanger Outlets in Riverhead, NY, with wife. Scott and Chris treated us and our plane with loving care and respect during our visit. Unfortunately, not able to take advantage of Northeast's courtesy car, which I understand is now, New York tagged and registered (in process during our visit so we used a rental car).

As a young professional airline pilot and above average GA pilot. Northeast Airpark went beyond their help of taking care of me with one of my A/C (C-170). I was there over Labor Day weekend and we had bad weather approaching. The line employee and I put my A/C in a secure hangar over night to get it out of the heavy downpours. When departing N. Airpark made arrangements with me to help pull the A/C outside. I always like it when a business goes beyond their responsibility to help their customers. Will be back!

I flew into northeast airpark today and was greeted by the nicest people. I asked if I could park for a few hours and take self-service fuel later on as I had someone picking me up. Was escorted to parking and staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I just want to say thank you and I will be back soon.
