The San Marcos Northside Hangar Development will begin construction sometime around fall of 2010 directly after the installation of the entrance road and connecting taxiways north of Taxiway J.
Hangars will be for individual sale or for lease.
The new hangars may be used for aviation related companies such as: Aircraft Maintenance, Avionics Shops, Aircraft Charter, Aircraft Sales, Flight Training and Interior Shops. You can also simply rent or purchase a hangar to use for your personal aircraft and toys with a private office or pilot's quarters & more.....
Hangars can be custom fitted with offices or lounges and store front office access will be available on the west end units for commercial businesses.
