Good self service pump, the runway is in great shape, and there is a nice lounge with clean restrooms. The place was deserted when we came through but the prices are excellent and we had a good experience. I'd rate this as an A-level, self service fuel stop...Recommended.

As stated by others: excellent stop and CHEAP fuel. Well worth the stop here. Friendly staff. Very convenient access to self-serve.

Excellent X/C stop. Fuel Prices are outstanding! Self-service pump is easy to use and well maintained. Terminal building is clean and has a computer for flight planning. Courtesy car was available and in good condition. Friendly airport manager met us within minutes of landing. See nearby Knife River Indian Villages National Monument just a quick 10-minute drive.

As documented earlier, HZE is a great stop. Cheap fuel and friendly staff. They have a very nice courtesy car and a very nice large hangar for overnight stays. Highly recommend
