Flew in to give a tour at the Dulles Air and Space Museum. Top notch service, including a ride to the Museum.

Went into Dulles for my first time ever (40 years of flying small aircraft) and was beyond impressed. This FBO is probably one of the nicest I've ever seen. The front desk is super friendly, even though I was arriving in a 100LL drinking piston twin and not getting fuel. The landing and ramp fees were completely reasonable for the use of such a great facility (under $50) without the AvGas purchase. Now that I know how to fly into Wash DC, I will come back without hesitation. PS: I called both on field FBO's before coming to decide where to go, and I chose the one that was more polite to me over the telephone. Jet Aviation wins!

We stopped at Jet Aviation over the July 4th weekend and received excellent service. They are conveniently located near the approach end of RWY 19C, so taxi is easy. Their facilities are very welcoming, as are the customer service reps. I would highly recommend Jet Aviation.

Stopped in here in a C182 amongst a parking lot full of Gulfstream's and Citation's, and was treated just the same. Beautiful facility, nice staff, and reasonable fees ($40 or so) considering the location. Fuel is expectedly pricy (this isn't the place to fill your tanks with 100LL), but that's part of the deal when flying into a bravo. Would definitely come back.
