Flew a short trip from Boise to Idaho Falls to visit a friend. Upon arrival the line service was quick and directed me to a place for parking. They promptly filled up the airplane and I had no trouble securing a tie down for a couple hours (free of charge). The people were very friendly and the FBO building is nice with some comfy couches and a computer briefing room. Overall it was excellent and Aero Mark makes a great stop in Eastern Idaho.

This was without a doubt one of our best stops on a 25 hr round trip from Wisconsin! Aero Mark at Idaho Falls is a must stop. Great service from the time I was directed to the gas pump by Dara. She helped us calling our car rental and saw to it that our plane was properly tied down by the line personal. Bob Hoff the owner has a well-run business with great staff. By the way no tie down fees and good weather computers. We'll be back here!!

We just flew into Idaho Falls and Aero Mark was recommended by ground. As we taxied in we were shown where to park and as they tied the plane down they offered us the services of one of their courtesy cars. Before I was able to get the kids done with their bathroom duties they had my wife set up with the car and a map of Idaho Falls with recommendations of where to eat. You can't ask for nicer or friendlier service. As a side note someone from our same area flew up there that same day to have his IFR certification done on his plane. He claimed that Aero Mark had the best prices around for that service.

Flew into Idaho Falls for some lab work. The courtesy cars were in use, however the lineman volunteered his truck. This is a first class operation. Top to bottom.

Stopped twice in early June on my way to KSAC and back. Lineman was extremely busy, but managed to fuel my Cessna 172 well before I was ready to leave again. Overnighted in KIDA on the way back. The line lady had me parked, tied down, fueled, a motel reservation, and taxi, before I was out of the bathroom. Will definitely make Aero Mark a stop again and recommend to others.

Had to base out of KIDA for a week while on business. Flew almost every day. Cheapest fuel in the area. Had the plane fueled and oxygen serviced on time before every flight. Also, arranged rental car and hotel. Very capable staff though seems understaffed. Frequently had to wait for someone to show up at the front desk and never had anyone help park the aircraft - though it was towed and tied down after every flight. Will be back. Hard to believe they are the only FBO on the field with the amount of traffic in and out.

Quick stop. Lineman right out to position us, everyone as friendly as one could want, and killer looking free Valentine's cupcakes on the counter (never touched 'em!). Can't ask for more.

Quick fuel stop on 8/3/2006. Linemen were very friendly and efficient.

Nice stop. Very friendly and accommodating staff. They have no self-serve, but the regular fuel rate is only $4.20 per gallon. Very reasonable for such a fine facility at a big and busy airport.
