Flew in for a couple of night's getaway- great customer service. A $15 a night tie down fee. First night waived with fuel purchase.

I see about a dozen Landmarks’ around America each year and this one is the best of them all. Nice facility for passengers and pilots, but better yet, excellent people. This trip, we had the pleasure of dealing with Mike and Andrew out on the line, both super long time pro's. Fuel price was within a nickel a gallon of we pay at our home base in Las Vegas at VGT.

Recently, the Southwest Comanche Tribe (Pipe Comanche org.) had a fly-in at Bullhead/Laughlin. Landmark Aviation, our host FBO, bent over backwards to accommodate our group. All of their personnel were most hospitable and gracious. We would not hesitate to recommend them to other flying groups.

Just back from another overnighter in Laughlin, and Landmark is still excellent. Jennifer in the terminal, Mike and the team out on the line, did everything we needed and more. Nice comfortable pilot lounge with black leather recliners and high def TV, and the Keurig coffee maker is still brewing individual fresh cups in the flavor of your choice in a minute or so. This is still my favorite of all the Landmarks across America, and they got my "PRASE" vote at Professional Pilot Magazine.

Another home run for the IFP Landmark team from us. Met on arrival, instant friendly help securing aircraft and baggage, and a quick golf cart ride to the terminal. Jennifer was on the phone to Harrah's for their airport shuttle even before we walked in. And Landmark is the only FBO on the field...They don't HAVE to work harder and be nice.. They just are! Surprised also that their fuel price was just six cents a gallon above our home field, and way below many others.

Very nice facilities and friendly people. As we were taxiing to the ramp, we called Unicom and they asked us what we were looking for. We told them we wanted something to eat and they called a casino shuttle to come get us. They picked us up at the plane and since they called before we had even parked, we barely had to wait for the shuttle! Very convenient. We ate at the Riverside Casino at the Riverview restaurant. I can't recommend that particular restaurant. The food wasn't good, but there are other restaurants in that casino and other casinos. As a whole, Laughlin was a good stop.

Landmark was excellent. Don’t' let the size of the FBO fool you, they have the best people around. Flew in Saturday morning to stay at the Aquarius for the weekend. Andrew and Chris are top notch and took great care of us. Andrew met us at our plane with cold water and a ride to the FBO. When I asked about a taxi to the hotel (no hotels will drive the 3 miles to p/u at airport) Andrew insisted on taking us! When we left Sunday we only needed 10 gals of gas to top off but they waived the usual parking fee anyway (15 gal min). Also, the Aquarius is a good, clean place to stay.

Short on fuel, light and sleep, I elected to land and resolve all three issues. Landmark's associates shuttled my bags and me to their FBO, called for a hotel shuttle and juiced the wing tanks. Tie down to hotel room was no more than 30 minutes, very smooth. Don't let the FBO's all metal exterior fool you, its first class digs. Great end to a long day behind the yoke.

This was my first flight into KIFP and I was extremely impressed with the service from Landmark Aviation. I called them about 20 miles out, and they met me with a golf cart to haul passengers and baggage and had a cab waiting to take us to the casino. The personnel were all extremely friendly and professional, and the facility and lounge were top-notch. I had made a reservation with Landmark online, and got a quick response from them with information regarding transportation, fuel prices, and parking. FYI, some hotels will provide transportation while others will require you to take a cab (about $12). The airport itself is a bit eerie. It's a huge runway and nice facility but with almost no traffic. The tower opens at 0800 and I was the first plane out of there at 0900. Perhaps it is busier during the winter months.

Their fuel prices are higher than I would like, BUT I have only experienced excellent, friendly, helpful service from the employees of this FBO. I have never had a bad experience with the controllers. They have always been friendly and accommodating to me. I overnight here several times yearly on cross-country flights California to Texas and back. It has always been a pleasant experience. If they could only match Lake Havasu fuel prices?

Very friendly and comfortable FBO but a word of warning. Most of the transient ramp slopes to the point you need chocks or your plane will roll into a tall curb and they do not have low-profile chocks needed by many experimental’s. Also their tie-downs are only chains that adjust after putting the whole chain though the aircraft tie-down. They do not use a hook for aircraft connection and then adjust the length at the ground. I parked and winds were calm but I could not use their tie-downs. 2.5 hours later when I returned winds were 18G28. From now on I will carry my own tie-downs.

We annually host a Piper Comanche fly-in at Laughlin. And, once again, Landmark Aviation's service was superb. All the personnel there are friendly and accommodating. The office staff went out of their way to make sure we had a successful event.

Flew into Landmark in a helicopter for fuel. Landmark was fast and courteous and did a nice job. That can't be said for the contract controllers. There were 25 mph winds, and the controllers asked me to back taxi to only takeoff from the runway from the ramp parking area. If he knew anything about rotorcraft, he would know that turning a fully loaded helicopter into a 25MPH tailwind is a dangerous and unsafe maneuver. Helicopters normally take off from the ramps of most every airport I have ever been to, especially slow and unbusy ones like this one, so what’s with the takeoff only from the runway stuff when I am the only one on the ramp. Some serious training needs to be made at the tower. I like Havasu's Jet prices better anyways.

The very friendly, accommodating staff and their fine, new facility at Bullhead helped make our group fly-in a wonderful experience yesterday. Working the New Year holiday didn't put a dent in their attitudes or a pause in their efficiency. Thank you Jennifer and others for being our friends!

Stopped for an unscheduled overnite. Folks could not have treated me any better. The lineman got me an extension for the tie down chains and even helped me tie down in 40 knot wind and temp in the 30's. Professional service all the way. I had not been here since the new FBO opened, and what a pleasant surprise, very nice indeed.

My wife and I decided to fly into Bullhead City/Laughlin just for the day. When we were ready to leave later on that same day our plane failed the "mag check". The staff at Landmark, Desiree and Chad, went above and beyond to locate mechanics who could work on our plane. They put us up for the night in one of the local casinos and were able to help us out with everything we needed. They couldn't do enough for us. They were AWESOME! Jim, the manager, runs a great FBO and it is the best Landmark we have ever visited.

Flew into IFP for labor day weekend. Unicom was talking with an aircraft arriving prior to myself, but they were still on the ball. As I parked, a lineman was waiting. Asked if I needed a ride and or fuel, by the time I turned around the fuel truck was in front of the plane. After a few minutes they were on the phone asking the hotel what was taking so long. I didn't have to ask, they were on top of it. Landmark is a beautiful establishment with top notch service.

Another great round trip in and out of Bullhead-Laughlin International thanks to Landmark Aviation. Jennifer, (with her pink pen that NO male pilot would ever want to steal :-), called the Edgewater as we taxied in, and the courtesy shuttle was there almost as we shut down the airplane. Mike and all the line crew are pros, with all the help you need. We tried their fancy new "one cup coffee machine" this time, and you're holding your fresh brewed cup in almost no time at all. Great facility, even better people.

I spent the weekend of April 17-19 here for a Mooney training program. Well-appointed FBO, friendly and helpful staff. Contract tower: no radar, no ATIS broadcast, crabbiest controllers I've ever encountered. Lake Havasu City is a better fuel stop.

Landmark Aviation has opened their shiny new facility just west of the old modular temporary building. Everything's better and new, and the pilot’s lounge has all you'd need including some new leather recliners and big flat screen TV. Fuel price was actually even thirty cents a gallon lower than posted "guaranteed price" (we paid $3.64 on March 8th). Both line guys we met on the last two trips were very friendly and very helpful. Surface street airport signage will probably improve, but now, to drive in, make a left in front of the airline terminal parking lot, then a right on Aston Drive and follow it back to Landmark. Also, regarding overnights at Bullhead-Laughlin, the first night aircraft parking is free with fuel purchase, then $15 nightly. And the non-Federal tower does things a bit differently. They give IFR clearances after you arrive in the run up area at the end of the runway. And I departed at 7.30 on a Sunday morning, and the tower wasn't scheduled to open until 8AM.
