I have flown in a dozen times in the last couple years, sometimes with the wife and kids, sometimes to just fly friends for scenic flights, and sometimes for personal matters (I am originally from the area). No matter what the reason the service has always been great; but on this last trip in late December (snowed the whole time I was there) the service was well beyond the "call of duty". I only have a 172, but you would have thought I came in a private jet. There were no regular tie down areas so John "found" one for me; when it was time to fly out; plow service, shovels and chained tugger were there for me without request. If your in the area; take advantage of the Windham hospitality, the several restaurants within walking distance, or just because you wanted to fly somewhere new.

Flew in a few times in my Kolb ultralight. The guys were very accomodating even though I only bought a couple of gallons of gas, and patient as I measured and mixed in the 2-stroke oil.

Possibly my best experience ever. Due to weather I had to land last minute at this airport. They stayed late for me, and arranged transportation at the last minute. They were extremely professional and courteous. I can't recommend them highly enough.
