My experience this year is of the same high quality of my previous comments. Exceptional customer service from everyone we met. From the FBO to the maintenance hangar. The passengers were impressed as well. A stop at Aero Ways is very pleasant.

Best service I have ever gotten! They treated me as if I was Joe Biden arriving on Air Force 2. They even drove me/picked me up from my destination, great job!

Outstanding service from a very friendly staff. They carried my bags from the plane, had my rental car ready on arrival, carefully placed my plane in their warm and clean hangar and had it out for me and topped off with fuel when I returned the next day. Aero Ways is an outstanding FBO with a friendly helpful staff that truly appreciates your business. I rate them A+++ in all aspects of their service...Truly worth landing here for fuel, a nice rest in their beautiful facility or an overnight adventure to the many interesting places not far from them.

Flew into Wilmington for a 2 night stay in a Premier. I must say that Aero Ways was the best FBO experience we have had in some time. We were parked promptly, several people to assist with luggage. Passengers were assisted, and so were we. Fuel price was competitive, and hangar space was offered. The aircraft was towed professionally. The lobby was clean and well appointed. The staff responded well to a rapid change in departure plans. However, what set the whole experience was the fact that everyone we encountered cared about their job and the quality of service. The atmosphere is a unique blend of flight school charm with corporate jet professionalism.

Fuel was competitively priced, service was exceptional. I was provided with a shuttle to my hotel and back. Ramp fee was waived with fuel purchase. A great place to do business!

This is a great FBO! When I called to ask if my passenger could get a taxi into Wilmington, they said certainly, but that they would be happy to drive her in. Quite a reasonable fuel price, and really great people. No false notes there; just very competent and nice line staff. The way all FBOs should be - I'll use them again soon.

Great place and great people. Clay had a car ready for me when I arrived and had my plane fueled up and ready to go when I got back. Really great experience. Thanks Clay and the rest of the staff. I will be back.

Efficient and friendly people. Deboarded right at the building with my rental waiting just outside the door. Aircraft fueled and waiting for my departure as scheduled. Thanks. Ramp fee waived with fuel. Overnight fees ($22/night SE) are not waived.

Stopped in early Aug for a quick run into town. I had just gotten gas at my previous airport so I couldn't take the full 6 gallons of gas to waive the fee but they waved it anyway which was really nice of them. Crew car was great, they have WIFI and are very friendly. Thanks for the service!

Excellent service from arrival to departure. Arrived on July 30th around 7 pm. We were offered a courtesy car to go to dinner and both, lineman and front desk lady, had an excellent attitude. We returned the car after dinner and were driven to our hotel. The following morning they promptly picked us up at our hotel and drove us back to the airport.

I flew in for a soccer tournament on Saturday and Sunday. I was greeted by a professional staff. They are certainly a model to follow as far as an FBO operation goes. They offered me the courtesy car both days. There are no ramp fees on weekends and fuel prices are very reasonable. There are a couple of nice restaurant just outside of the gate, which is a good place to stop and grab a bite to eat.

Aero Ways is very easy to access (the tower let us land long on 19 – to reduce the taxi). The line staff was very helpful and accommodated our cargo and us (they support the animals being transported for Pilots-N-Paws). I give them two thumbs up.
