I stopped in to pick up pax Monday and found the service courtesy to be one of my best experiences at a FBO in a long time. Thor is a pleasure to be around. He and his staff went out of their way to make my FO, my pax and I comfortable. If you get a chance to get any of them to start telling their stories you will be laughing all the way home! Ask about the fish that insisted on being caught.

Excellent Ground Support! Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Excellent flight planning area, spacious clean lobby, nice crew car, immediately adjacent to the commercial terminal if you're meeting someone. Try the nearby Chocolate Moose if you're hungry.

Very enjoyable experience. We were parked promptly and the staff was quick to offer assistance. As has been previously mentioned, fuel is somewhat pricey; nevertheless, the FBO makes up for it with genuine local hospitality. Make sure to take a jar of jam home with you as well if you buy fuel.

Nice place, staff is aggressively helpful starting with a "How can we help?" radio call after you land. Crew car is nice. Get a free can of jam with fuel purchase. Unfortunately 100LL is around $1 more than anyone in the area. My trade-off was that I looked at the price premium as the rental cost of the car. KHIB 75 miles south is a much more reasonable fuel stop. Today Einarson was $6.75, Hibbing was under $5.50, I don't remember exactly.

Thanks to Eric at Einarson Aviation my tie down fee has been refunded and I am happy with the service I received at INL.

I just returned from INL and will never go back. Their fuel prices are the highest in the state plus they charged me a tie down fee after topping off my Archer!

Mr. Tom Hamburg failed to mention his tie down fee was refunded. We apologize for the lineman mis-communication. We will sure miss his 20.5 gallon purchases!!!!

Extremely quick turn, very helpful service. And the best part is, you get FREE cans of jam! The stuff is delicious!
